Completely refurbished and fully equipped – Dalmatica Moderna is a carefully designed home in a rustic style, with all the modern amenities, in order to meet even the highest expectations of our guests. The stunning Dalmatica Moderna house is surrounded by 1600 square meters of beautiful olive groves, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and small stone vegetable gardens, built in a specific way, similar to Primošten’s vineyards, a symbol of hard work throughout the centuries, (a picture featuring Primošten’s vineyards is permanently exhibited in the building of the United Nations in New York). At the front of the house there is a large dining table, outdoor barbeque, traditional bocce ball court, multifunctional children’s playground. A private swimming pool and sunbathing area are just a few steps away, so why not, spoil yourself and spend a lazy afternoon enjoying the silence.

The spacious, 180 square meter, Dalmatica Moderna can accommodate up to 8 people. It is away from the crowded streets and noise of modern living, but can still be easily reached and very well connected to all the urban spots.
The interior of the house can be described as a combination of traditional rustic style, with a touch of modern and retro elements. At every corner of the house you will find our own family inherited unique antiquities that tell the story of our ancestors. We are very proud of the fact that all the building materials are 100% ecological, natural and environment friendly. Most of the furniture is unique and handmade out of natural materials (stone and wood). The house consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (with a dining table, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toaster and a coffee machine), fireplace, business area, large hall, 3 bathrooms (2 out of 3 are with an en suite), pantry & laundry, as well as a sauna. There are 3 bedrooms; one with its own bathroom and cot, second with a double bed, and the third with two separate beds. In the living room there is a very comfortable pull out sofa, suitable for 2 adults.
High speed internet and hi-tech entertainment equipment (TV/CD player, DVD/SatTV) are provided and included in the price.
Extra facilities include heating and air conditioning, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box.
