Everything was nice & clean & good front desk service. Only thing was the bed was pretty hard & not very comfortable but for one night passing thru everything else was good & the price was good, so depending on what kind of bed you want there you go.

Weekend work run.

The check in was easy, and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very clean and nice. The water wasn't quite as hot as I would have liked it, but that's a minor thing. The A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable, if a little harder than I like. I had no real complaints.

AC was off when we arrived. It felt like it was 100 degrees in the room. Took over two hours after turning on AC to start to cool down. Room was clean, no bugs, but was about the simplest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was some hairs in the tub when we arrived.

Front desk was prompt and professional. Rooms were clean updated and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants near by. Although the site doesn’t mention it, each room does have a microwave and mini-fridge.

I booked on Hotels.com for a fixed price that was reasonable. What Hotels.com didn't tell me was that in addition to the rate, I had to pay a security deposit when I checked in. The individual that checked me in was a child about 13 years old that was facetiming his mother for step by step instructions. I was told I would receive my security deposit the next day. It's been 2 weeks and despite repeated calls, I have yet to receive my deposit back. A big scam from Hotels.com and Texas Inn. Do not use this site or this hotel.

When we arrived, the front desk was not manned. The room itself was fine, but the door needed a push to lock properly, the beds were noisy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom needed to be cleaned.

I want my money back! Upon entering the room I could smell the bifenthrin pesticide . and there were bugs dying and dead that were in the rom. My wife and i got physically sick. front desk didnt seem to care.

Sad part the room was full of bugs, vovk roaches. Say my cup of coffee on night desk and when I turned light on it was full of. Roaches as was the bed. Had to leave all lights on to keep them away a little bit. Had to keep an eye on my clothes I had in bags so they didn't get full of bugs. Had to wash all clothes again once I left.
