“Authentically shabby chic chateau, an experience you will never forget. Excellent place for a large group (we were 12 most of the fortnight) and perfect for eating drinking and talking late into the night. The pool is good and needed in the summer (38 degrees while we were there). Despite the large indoor space it was the outdoor living that we particularly enjoyed. Not a place for people who want modern conveniences, but if you want authentic old french this is perfect.”

“excelente atencion al cliente. buffet desayuno y cena muy variado y con mucha verdura y buena comida saludable. amplio comedor con bonitas vistas. limpieza impecable. personal atento. amplio hall con terraza y una especie de salòn con sofás para estar tranquilamente y tomar o comer algo. céntrico en Soldeu y parking privado y a cubierto. limpieza de la habitaciòn excelente. la única pega el tamaño de la habitaciòn demasiado pequeño para 3 personas. y balcòn como con un muro alto que daba……

“Very convenient hotel to the ski slopes with ski lockers and free shuttle to the lifts. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very friendly and courteous. ”

“Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket. Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area. Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait) All the staff were very helpful and friendly……

“Although not a shiny, new hotel, the property is in great condition and it is located at the El Tarter gondola. You can even take a ski way direct from the hotel to the lift! And there are convenient ski lockers. The main floor lounge/ bar area is inviting and relaxing, perfect for a glass of wine or a tasty beer in front of the fire. The staff is really wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much. ”
