“We arrived to an open door, no key to be able to lock the house. Asked the host by trying to call and sending messages, he replied to say not to worry about locking doors. Eventually found a key and used it. In the kitchen there were dirty cat food.dishes and the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes. There was rubbish in the bins already. When we went to look in the lounge there was blood and animal intestines on the floor, looks like a resident cat had brought home something to eat. We……

“I made a reservation for this property in November 2024 for a rental date of 09/26/25. After I contacted the host for check in instructions on the morning of our arrival date, I was informed that the property was unavailable and my reservation was cancelled. I never received any correspondence from the host previously to my check in date. I believe that this is an unprofessional manner of conducting a rental business and it reflects poorly on VRBO. While enroute to Paris, we were forced to……
