「The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. 「Everything about our stay, there was fantastic except the weather. It was in the 90s and of course there’s no air-conditioning but that’s not their fault hahah 10/10 would recommend. 」

「This house was great for our family of 4 adults. Plenty of room to relax and have our own space after a day of exploring York. It was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable so we were able to get good sleep during our stay. 「Great communication and welcome instructions - clear, helpful and constructive. The house is wonderful, clean, warm and full of character (watch your head in some rooms). It is effectively located in the centre which means you don't need a car. 7 of us stayed and the house provided private space for us all. Main bedrooms all ensuite with bedding to match expectation. 「Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. 「I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam 」
