Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. Guests must register at the pool office and adhere to the community rules for a pleasant stay.

This place is fantastic. Has way more than what’s mentioned. It is fully stocked and clean! The beds were very comfortable and it was just a quick drive to Fenwick, Bethany, and Dewey. The amenities fee for the pool/parking was a bit ridiculous (especially if you don’t plan to use the pool) but wouldn’t stop me from booking it again.
