“I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s lakehouse. She had everything we needed to ensure a fun and safe stay. The house was super clean and Sharmila was always readily available to answer any questions whenever we needed. I would recommended anyone else to stay here and book with Sharmila. “ The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night……

“We had such a great time at this house. It is perfect for large groups with spacious bedrooms and large beds and is exactly as advertised. The property is fantastic with lots of equipment provided on the tennis courts and beautiful pool area. Thank you Nancy, Hugh and Meggan!”

My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. ”

“Stayed here a few days with some friends and had a wonderful time. The area is private but only a short drive into town. Lots of games and movies which was great as we got a bit of rain. We also enjoyed kayaking down the river.”

“We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed all the amenities. We particularly loved the indoor hot tub, private dock, the firepit, the large kitchen, and the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The surroundings were serene and quiet, but there wasn't too much privacy as the property was very close to the neighbours. The hosts were very helpful and quick in answering all our questions, and even accommodated all our requests, which made our experience extra special. Thank……

“We really enjoyed our stay! Having the lake just across the street was such a bonus. The kids were hoping to swim, but it was a bit too cold this time. We still had a great time with the kayaking, jacuzzi, and all the games—especially the table games. I also appreciated how well-equipped the place was, down to the smallest details in the kitchen, even a garlic grinder!”

“The cottage had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the water. We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset over the lake on our first night, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Jennifer is a thoughtful and accommodating host who was easy to communicate with. She offered us thicker blankets in case it got chilly and even upgraded our cottage at no extra cost. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning!”

“This is a very relaxing site on Lake Sturgeon. The large main room has a great view of the lake, which is just a few steps away. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, plus many games and movies if you're stuck inside. The host, Stephen, is a warm and friendly man who will make things right if you should have any problems. ”
