"Walking in door made me question the choice of accommodations. The odor from the plug-in defusers made me immediately question the cleanliness. There was dust on doors, mold in bathtub and on shower curtain. Some wash cloths looked like they’d scrubbed dirty boots. There was no mattress cover or mattress pad. "It started off with no one giving us the entry code or meet us at the condo. I rented unit 7 and waited outside for someone or and email for 45 minutes then thought maybe the left it open. It was open and there was a family inside too. After the surprise of seeing a stranger come in their unit they were nice enough to give me phone number of the manager Karin. Took her another 40 min. to get us another unit. The unit was not ready to rent it had so many things broken that should have been taken...

Was so excited when the day arrived and the loft was even better than expected. Perfect location, cool interior and the balcony was icing on the cake for late night people watching. The property manager was quick to respond when we had a question about access and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area."
