Easy check-in process and right in the middle of downtown. We were able to store our bags when arriving in the morning before we could enter the room. チェックインのためのメールが来ないので、問い合わせようと思ったが、電話がつながらない？、メールは宿泊前日の21時頃届いた。。 チェックインの際、チェックインのパスワードと部屋に入るパスワードがすぐわからなくて、電話したが、やはりつながらない。なんとかなったが、こういう無人のところは、サポート体制は整えて欲しかった。 部屋の設備や過ごしやすさ、ホテルの場所は最高だった。 だけにもったいないと思った。 また使おうとは思う。
