“This place is a joke! It looked good on the pictures and it was cheap. But I made a mistake. Let me tell u why. I booked for 3 nights. There was no checkin counter. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. From the front door of the building and the street which literally a car can passby was 12 inches. This is wrong. They could have built an illegal structure building. I’ve……

“The resort is very beautiful and the weather is amazing but they need to take better care of cleaness and maintenance, staff are kind and polit and environment is quiet and lovely. Could be much better if the pay more attention to details ”

“We took our family and two drivers (10 adults and 3 kids). When we got there we weren't sure if we were at the right place because there were people inside, but it turns out it was the caretakers family (they live in a separate part of the villa). The villa owner kept in contact with us over whatsapp, provided suggestions for places to visit and was generally super nice and helpful. The villa was big, and clean for the mo0st part, except the kitchen had lots of flys until we got there and……

“This room is managed by Travelio. 1. Terrible check in. Have to wait 2 hours because the key delivery guy will only come after we give them a phone call. This is not informed at all before and after I book the room. 2. Beware of your deposit. I haven't receive my deposit, although I had checked out 12 days ago. They promise to return my IDR 800,000 deposit within 3 days. Worst, they don't give any update information. 3. Parking is not free because they don't give you any parking card. ”

“They didn’t arranged my room on time, I waited in the lobby for around an hour. So they offered me free breakfast for the next morning. Both my room and the swimming pool was clean, the bathroom was really nice. All the staffs were very kind, if they didn’t put the hairdryer inside the room, feel free to ask. The breakfast was great and delicious, they provided many different foods for customers to choose.”
