平平無奇的喜来登
酒店入口是在一樓而Lobby在41樓，入口員工熱情度一般,給我的房間是有門互通所以要求換房，前檯員工態度不好，英文水平也差,進房間後發現清潔度不足,聯絡了當值經理Andy,他很友善及安排了兩個房間给我選擇,最後問題解決了。酒店41樓cafe只有自助餐，28樓有一 Fit cafe 只有輕食,唯一可取是酒店下面是百貨公司,有cafe 及food court,整體而言我不會再入住。

由於浴室和洗手間是連接的, 每晚我們洗澡後, 水都會流到廁所那邊, 直至房務員清潔房間後, 地下才會乾爽。此外, 作為一間五星級酒店, 房務員應該有足夠的培訓, 每一位房務的做法也應該一樣, 而不是每天床, 毛巾等等的做法也不一。

Stayed 3 nights and satisfied with the checkin & room condition at the first impression. House-keeping being absent after the first night until we called to the front desk at 4pm on our refurn for afternoon break. Called to the front desk in next day to arrange house keeping in advance. Everything seems nice yet the hair dryer was found on the desk. (ok, accepted that it is our fault take it out from toilet but house keeping should have bring back to the original place, isnt it?) Dont know if it was my illusion or my skin too dry. Had bites & feeling itchy... changed to the long pant and went to bed again for next day early schedule... Checked out smoothly anyway. Nice location & handy food places right below the Hyundai department store. Used to stay in Gangnam area yet dont bother much in Guro as we always drive. Will try again amd see if it was just bad luck or not.

整理房間的人員很隨便，我們住了三晚，清潔人員常忘記補足該有的物品，例如面紙沒補，沐浴乳罐子沒清掉，沒補牙刷。 另外，房間內的有些設備，不像五星級的標準，體重器還是老舊款式。也沒提供提袋紙袋。

我絕對沒有想到竟然沒有給我們打掃房間，住進去紙巾也沒有。第二天也不打掃，還要打電話送浴巾！這是我第一次住的五星級酒店那麼差的

Though not situated in main tourist attractions, the area.is very convenient, with department store right above the hotel and subway attached to it. nice swimming pool & great 24h gym! the receptionist (Jay)at the foyer is extremely helpful and friendly. housekeeping need to be improved, toys and rubbish found under the bed, bath tub was not clean daily during our stay.

酒店上落需要轉電梯很不方便，房間的冷氣出風口有雜音，房間感覺有點舊，不過也廷舒服的。交通也近地鐵站，不過坐計程車去明洞或東大門就遠了。

Excellent hotel!!!
It is an excellent hotel, which the hotel complex has everything you need. The hotel is just beside the subway station, and has convenience store nearby, the hotel itself also have pharmacy and department store. The staffs are very nice and helpful, they will try their best to provide help if you need any assistances. However, the hotel's location is quite far away from famous shopping area like Myeong-dong and other sightseeing spots. You may need to give some efforts on travelling, and quite exhausting after a whole day of sightseeing. But conclusively I would recommend this hotel as it is so comfortable and served with helpful staffs.

與新道林站共構，2站就到高尺球場
飯店乾淨，景觀不錯，搭兩站就到高尺球場。唯一覺得比較奇怪的地方是，每天將近中午才出門，客房打掃人員都會來問何時出門，以方便安排打掃時間，在其他飯店都沒遇過這樣的事情。

1） 職員工作怠慢！？因搭乘零晨機，我在早上七時左右已到達貴洒店，觀察當天出入人流不多，客房應該沒爆滿，但仍需等待到下午三時後才可入住。 本人是SPG會員，卻沒感受到什麼優待，謝謝！ 2）交通方便，但離市區遠了些。 3）房間大，景觀靚，但枕頭供應不舒適，所以無法放鬆休息。 4）床單給枕頭套已穿孔，沖涼毛巾殘舊，貴酒都仍繼續用，好環保！？ 5）Buffet 食物質數 一般。

房間非常適合 疲勞一天的休息. 優質的雙人床墊 與梳洗設施. 位置坐落於 綠線(環狀線) 非常適合前往 各式地區. 作為 airport bus 6018 尾站 相當適合 機場來回, 便於 Check in/out. 飯店人員 相當 專業且貼心, 許多問題 都會盡力回答, 即便詢問 飯店周遭 與商品問題 也熱心回答, 相當友善.

交通很好，房裡環境都很好。但是....
我回香港後，酒店在我的信用卡扣了一筆我不應付的錢。我在入住時刷了保證金，退房時都取消了。經過一輪溝通後，發現是他們扣錯了我錢....最後他們都有退回那筆錢，在每一封電郵都很有禮貌的作出道歉及如果再去的話，會送回我一點服務。但在我沒有刷卡簽名的情況下，都可以扣我錢，令我有點不安感。

Good hotel
We can take bus from airport to hotel. Good service and comfort room. Great breakfast with fresh food. The hotel is near the KTM station that feel convience to visit famous tourist point.

酒店大堂在高層,房間可以俯瞰首爾全景, 雙人房間好大, 一張單人床, 是一雙人床的呎碼! 房間沒有預設wifi, 需要登記成為酒店會員, 便可享有免費Wifi

唯一不足是酒店房内無Free WI-FI，要上41樓Lobby才有，以國際性酒店來説很不合理，而本人因乘撘零晨機，會提早到酒店，事前已經由Travel Agent同酒店聯略會提早check in，亦知要收費，但到酒店提早check in時收費並不是原先講的價錢，而是一日房間價錢，令我不知怎好，而酒店職員亦有點不耐煩，唯有不check in，等到下午才入住，令到很累的我之前所做提前check in的事全都白費
