「被分配到頂樓小房間，房間內部跟照片完全不一樣，空間較小且陰暗；5月住沒冷氣、只有一扇對外窗，半夜熱醒幾次。馬桶沖水有點故障水流不停。 優點：有漂亮花園跟氣派大廳、備品齊全、櫃檯服務態度好。」

「非常重要：此古堡酒店沒有空調。優秀之處：房間非常漂亮，交通方便適合沒有駕駛執照的旅行者，番茄紀念品店的員工很友善，番茄商品質量很好。但是沒有空調，房間於晚上熱得如同烤箱，即使開窗也沒法散熱。我有呼吸道疾病，因此一直咳嗽。古堡戶外反而更涼。接待處職員提供的一把電風扇也沒有作用。由於鄰近森林，開窗後吸引大量蚊子，我被咬了十多口。6月的房間售價200歐而獲得此體驗，並不舒適。只推薦秋冬時訪問」

「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...

「For us to be able to stay in such an old family chateau is pretty unique. There are certain things that we have to accept, like no air conditioning and tea making facilities in our room but it had WiFi. The two major plus points were still the magnificence of the house itself and setting, and the two hosts. Two lovely people who share their love of where they live.」
