"We liked the location as even the aquarium and river walk area was within walking distance (15-20 mins). Staff were nice. Pool was nice. Our room was okay. Our air conditioning didn't cool well and there was a large gap between the bottom of the door & floor. We did put a towel down to help keep out the air. To be fair, we did not report this to the office until checkout, as we didn't spend very much time in the room. Also there is a daily parking fee of $12"

"Unique property in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. The speakeasy has a lot of character and the staff was very helpful with information on local eateries and coffee shops. Loved the decor and a visit to the rooftop is a must."
