「Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content.
Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens.
The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa.
The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

「This has been a wonderful stay; the place is very pleasant to stay in, well above what we have seen in France in our many years of travel there. It is very quiet and very clean. The rooms are very well laid out, and have all the amenities one could wish for (no TV is a great plus!). The owner is delightful and the breakfast was plain superb.」
