“Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or……

“I had an incedent where I felt I was in danger because another tenant that was there during my stay was up all night and in the morning he left the front door completly open. I called the contact number I had and no one would call me back until some text me and then met me at the property and all she could say is that some people are careless to leave the front to ulocked and wide open plus they made a mess in the room they left and I felt that they would just let anyone stay which creates……

“Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need……

“The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did……

“The apartment is convenient to line 5 on the Metro and the bus to Atacha Train Station. The hosts were very supportive and responsive when there was excessive noise coming from another unit. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about is the lack of natural light. There’s a window in the bedroom, but nothing in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Overall though, it was a nice place for 2 nights”
