Large outdoor area, shared with the other two residential units, equipped with tables and chairs, barbecues for grilling for relaxing outdoor dining after a day at the beach.
At 200 meters from the beautiful beaches of sestri Levante, a few steps from supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, bank, shopping, bars, restaurants.
