It consists of a living room with sofa bed 140 and television, a corner cooks arranged and well equipped recently (hotplates, fridge / freezer, microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher), a glass loggia opening on a beautiful terrace with side view of the marina. In addition, you will have a room with a bed 140 and a bathroom with washing machine. The toilets are separated. Private parking space within the secure residence.
