Hotel Palacio de Hemingway

10/10 Excellent

"As soon as I stepped foot in Hotel Palacio de Hemingway, I felt like I was transported straight into a romance novel. The hotel - both exterior and interior - is absolutely stunning, the location is super central to all the sights in old town, and the hotel staff were super kind and helpful. I only wish I could have stayed longer!"

"The ambiance was perfect for sunset in the garden/terrace/pool area. Ideal location for everything! Very good selection of breakfast - bread, meats. Cheeses, Ala carte eggs, fruits. Property is clean. Rooms are spacious, access to underground parking less than $25euros per day. Staff are very helpful and patient despite aggressive and impairment customers."

"Nice hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Communication with the hotel was good before arriving. Very convenient as well with parking (for a fee), but they helped parking the car as it was very narrow. The room we had was spacious, but it was a bit noisy as it was facing a street with many restaurants. Except that, I have nothing to complain."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local sightseeing and places to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The settings in a beautiful valley was very quiet and relaxing. Tip: don't take dirt road from main road that Google maps recommends. Rough road! Keep driving past the turn to new route that will start with asphalt road when you turn off of the main road. This road turns into much easier dirt road."
