Delightful

Delightful accommodations for a beach getaway. Plenty of sun, gorgeous sandy shoreline, and shade when you need it. We liked the location — toward the quieter end of the beach — but also appreciated the big hotel just a short walk away. The condo was clean and well equipped. The cleaners were thorough; and Marji, the property manager, was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the island.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Wonderful Thanksgiving week

Great place for a quiet getaway

Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Views were great and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. Quiet community away from the overcrowded tourist area but close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc.

As advertised! Photos are just what you will get. A beautiful beach steps from your door in a safe quiet area. Suggest having a car as there is parking but nice to be able to explore as well. Marji was very helpful and you will love this place!

Marji was so nice, very accommodating and made the arrival easy as can be. The view, beach and water is second to none and you feel like you are on a private island. The property is quiet, bus rides are easy to any location and a few minute walk on the beach to the Kimpton. 10/10 stay and would absolutely come back!!

Great place with amazing views!

My wife and I spent our anniversary here and we absolutely loved it! The beach is amazing and the location is perfect. Very quiet! Speaking with the property manager Marj was easy and she replied back very fast with any concerns we had. Highly recommend this property for your trip to Cayman!

Perfect rental on 7 mile beach

Can’t say enough about this condo. Fully stocked with everything you need on your trip. Great location on the quieter side of 7 miles beach. A peaceful place to just relax and enjoy the beach and water that is right out the door. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back

Beautiful

We had a great time here. The beach was beautiful and the sand it magical. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. It’s not too far from a grocery store and a small cafe/restaurant which was nice. The beach is not busy, and we were fortunate enough to meet a few owners. One especially made our stay delightful and we enjoyed getting to know them!

Overall, was a perfect trip. the beach is as advertised. water was spectacular.. Condo was awesome, and very well maintained.The only issue we had was the bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable, and noisy. Would highly recommend this property.

Paradise

The property was clean, quiet, and our slice of paradise for a week. It was stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. the beach was right off of our back porch and there were two beach chairs for us to use. The beach was clean and a short walk to Cocoloba for a drink/dinner. Marji, the property manager, was very informative. We had the best stay here. It was perfect!

Perfect getaway

Our second time staying at White Sands, better than the first. First floor walk out patio and beach, perfect! Updated, clean condo with all amenities you would need. Easy check in check out process. Check out time of 10:00am a bit too early. Should have requested later.

Only negative is bedroom closet doors not working properly and kitchen cabinet drawers and doors need some buttons on them to keep them from slamming shut. Everything was clean and all the people we dealt with were very professional and helpful.

The property is well taken care of. The apartment was very clean and remodeled recently. The only thing that needs improvement is the noise level from the fan innthe bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed every moment. Marjie was great. She is the property manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again the stay was wonderful. White Sands 11 is a beautiful condo. But the beach is the star. It is so nice to have trees for shade and a soft sandy beach. The water was clear and warm enough to swim. My wife learned hot to paddle board with one of the on-site boards and really enjoyed her morning rounds. Cayman is a wonderful island, safe, clean and with unbelievable restaurants. Have already booked for next year.

White Sands 11 - Amazing!

My husband and I had a most relaxing stay at White Sands. The unit was spotless and all communications were simple with quick replies. There was plenty of space to be comfortable and stepping out the door to bE right on the beach, steps away from the beautiful crystal clear waters is priceless. The unit had all the basic necessities to get started for the week and the grocery store is close. Would recommend providing a few “pool noodles” for those of us who just want to float for hours 😀 Have already booked a trip back to White Sands in August. Definitely a favorite spot for us. GG

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was exactly as described and what we were looking for in a location. The trees provide nice shade , spectacular beach and the view can’t be beat. The condo is well supplied and beautifully decorated. Management was prompt and professional, very nice. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed as follows, ceiling fan in bedroom is off balance and makes a huge amount of noise, bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced with something high quality ,same for sofa bed. This place is spotless and has plenty of bath and beach towels. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, we really loved our stay and plan to return on a regular basis, if the bed and fan are replaced!

White Sands

The beach and water were very nice although the beach was maintained rather haphazardly. Very quiet and peaceful outside. The unit however felt dark and grubby. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced so does the mattress. The bathroom fan is really annoying and there was no hot water in the shower. All the carpeting felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. And it was dark inside.

Overall, the property was great. Going room by room so you know what to expect. Bedroom- The bed is very small. It’s a full size bed. A queen size bed will be even better for two people. The current bed is very worn and not comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not get cold enough and when you use the fan, it is very loud. Bathroom- When you shower, the water leaks onto the bathroom floor And causes a bit of a flood. Hopefully this get fixed really soon. The kitchen is good everything that you would need. The living room is very spacious and bright, but the couch is very worn and sunken in. The patio is good, but the drying rack is broken so not usable. The entryways can do with a bit of cleaning so that the bugs do not pileup. I don’t know if I would stay here again, but maybe fixing these few issues would help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location cannot be beaten for this condo. I'll go room by room so you know what to expect:Entry - this can use a bit of cleaning as there are bugs etc around that can be swept away.Bedroom - The bed is a full-size bed, very aged and not supportive, tattered almost. A nice queen bed would be ideal. The closet had some sanding work, but was not cleaned up so our clothes got dirty when placed in the closet. The AC is barely sufficient. The air is not as cool as the other rooms, and the fan is very loud.The bathroom is very spacious, there is a leak from the bath when showering into the general area that floods the space. It makes about 1/2 the bathroom soggy and not comfortable.The kitchen is great. Has all the amenitiese you can ask for. There is some electronic equipment that can be moved as water gets spilled on it.The living room is very spacious. The couch needs to be replaced - it's sunken and not supportive and prob ages old.The Patio is nice, the drying rack is broken so useless. It's also full of bugs and some routine spraying can help alleviate. Hope this helps in what to expect. Would I stay here again- maybe, not convinced as there may be better options around.

Perfect Oceanfront Location
