“The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. The cabana we ended up with had 2 very tiny bedrooms with no place to put our luggage. The washroom needed upgrades as the shower head was hanging on for it's life. The cabana itself smelled extremely musty. The entire property could use repairs and upgrades: toilet seat falling off type of repairs. On the……

“Overall a very nice place to stay with family. Quiet neighborhood, away from hustle and bustle of down town. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the patio/pool was a plus. The beds are all very hard, so not great for someone with a bad back. The only real negative was the workers next door that were using the outdoor tap from the property for whatever they were doing. They made sure that we were able to eat before our tours in the morning and even prepared our dinner a little early on the day of our arrival because we had not eaten. The house was clean, cool, and appealing - very comfortable for 2 couples and 2 singles. The porch was lovely for afternoon and end of day visits - with hammocks, seating chairs, and outside dining space available. “Our 2 bedroom villa was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen and gorgeous outdoor space around a private pool. The indoor outdoor shower in the master bedroom was amazing. This villa has separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Having a washer/dryer was a nice bonus. These villas are situated in a gated community on top of a hill overlooking the Maya flats about 15 minutes outside Xunantunich. You definitely need AWD to access your villla. She was always in contact with the drivers who took us to our tours, and she made great suggestions for our trip. The property itself was so inviting and peaceful, I felt like we had our own oasis! “The good- The Cooling Rack restaurant has two of the best meals we had in Belize - Crispy Pineapple Jerk Chicken (not the one served in the pineapple) and the Chaya Maya Pasta were phenomenal. The pools were great to cool down in and there was space for everyone. It’s a nice location with good views and a cute atmosphere.
