Great Vacation Stay for Our Cousin’s Group

One of the best places to stay.

Cabin was very well taken care of. It had enough rooms for the whole family with their own bathrooms and all rooms where clean and ready when we arrived. All in all the cabin it self was great and only 10 minutes away from Pigeon forge.

Amazing amenities and cozy home

This was the perfect rental for two families! The kids enjoyed the space to play downstairs and loved the indoor pool and putt putt. Bedtime was so easy because both families had their own floors so we each kept to our own routines. The view was beautiful and peaceful for the adults. The kitchen was well stocked and made all meal prep so easy. Loved the huge table that let us all sit together.

Lovely cabin with nice views

Great cabin! We loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom! Everything in the cabin was in good working order. The property was well maintained. The outdoor pool was lovely. It’s a great place for a family vacation.

Great for UT football weekends!

Group of 4 couples. Having 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was awesome. Irina was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin. Every room is well thought out for what you need for your stay. Communication has been amazing with the host, from the booking process to any small needs we had with the cabin. The resort offers lots of extras. Very fun!

COZY CABIN WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW

The cabin was well equipt with most of your daily needs. It was within 10 minutes from all the attractions we went to. The views from the balconies was breathtaking.

Quick Mothers Day getaway

Great location near everything! Shopping and Plenty of Moonshine and wine tasting! We were also celebrating my uncle’s 60th Birthday! 9 to 10 people can sleep here !!!!! Awesome cabin !

Even better than we expected!

My family and I stayed in this spectacular cabin for a week, and we couldn't have loved it more! The views from the multiple balconies were beautiful. The cabin was spotlessly clean. Every bedroom had its own attached bathroom, plus there's an extra half-bathroom right off the kitchen. The downstairs game room/family room was so cozy, and we loved the pool table. I can't say enough nice things about this place, not to mention how nice it was to have a mini golf course and indoor and outdoor pools within walking distance! I anticipate we'll be back again, for sure. Thank you for such clear, responsive communication as well

Birthday get away

The cabin was great!! It was very clean, well supplied with all accessories. The weather was wonderful. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday and my son 21st Birthday. We left a note to let the owner Irina What a great stay we had the memories we created on a napkin.

Christmas in August!

Nice location. Needs some updating and definitely needs new mattresses. Owner was easily accessible and very responsive. Nice gated community. All in all a great place for a family getaway.

The cabin is in a great location. Everything is pretty clean. 2 of the people staying with us in the bottom floor did say they smelled cat urine in one of the bedrooms downstairs. That was the only complaint we had. The views were wonderful and we had a great vacation

Nice area

The neighborhood is very nice , indoor and outdoor pool and a miniature golf course. The house has every thing you will need . Very large table for meals or games. It’s nice that there separate bathrooms and rooms for everyone! Check in was easy and everything went very well

Awesome place to stay

This was our second stay at this rental property. Lots of room! Big spacious bedrooms! A fantastic view! Kitchen equipment with essentials. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, mini golf course and outdoor pool. We enjoy the long kitchen table. Plenty of room for 10 people plus 2 dogs! Parking is a little tight for 4 midsize vehicles. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin with a great view

Cabin was perfect for 6 adults and 2 pups! Having our own bathroom was ideal. The game room with pool table and air hockey was the highlight on our rainy day! Sitting on deck with the view was so relaxing. Mini golf was fun! Contacted owner and received quick response. Only suggestion is deep cleaning needs done and a couple furniture items need springs replaced.

Beautiful cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had to cleaned. We went and got some cleaning supplies while we were there to freshen up the house. The checkin process was great. The location and the cabin itself was nice. There were some broken chairs and the mattresses need to be updated. We really liked the cabin but these are some of the cleaning that needs to be done. Dust all the furniture Clean all the appliances Clean the kitchen countertops Clean the windows Mop the floors thoroughly Get a new vacuum cleaner And please make sure there are more towels.

Great Stay!!

Cabin was great! Very roomy to accommodate four adults and two dogs. Everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom which was great for privacy. Communication with the owner was very good as well. Very easy check in. I like the fact that there’s no keys just a code to the door. Only thing I didn’t like was furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. Couch didn’t recline so it was not comfortable to watch TV. Mattresses also not the best. But overall a great place to stay and we hope to come back again.

Spring break in Tenn

Cabin was as advertised. Needs a deep cleaning. Television down stairs and smaller bedroom didn’t work properly. Not enough bath towels. Community was safe. Fire alarm over the stove would go off if you fried anything. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if concerns not addressed.

Never will we stay here again

Please make sure you have a walk through with the owner before and after. And make sure the following are fixed. smoke detectors are installed. Only one in the upstairs bedroom. The outside grill bottom all rusted out could not use. Cleaning very unclean had to scrub the refrigerator before we could use it. Oven I don't think it had ever been clean. Dust would just fly off the ceiling fans. One of the couples were accused of putting a hole in the tub in their bathroom. They did not have any shampoo bottles or anything heavy that would make a hole in the picture the owner sent us. there was never a drain plug in the tub and in the picture there was a drain plug and the tub was wet and dirty, this couple were in their late 60's early 70's not destructive at all and very clean. we were all out of there by 8:30 and I received a text at 1:40pm with pictures. there is a cleaning fee you are charged so if you stay here once again make sure you have a walk through before and after that was our mistake now it will be a court battle. So unfortunate.

Over priced

This property needs an update. We paid over big $$$ per night for this cabin. The bedroom/bathroom space was great for our family of 8 but that's the only great thing. The issue is that they provide only one towel and wash cloth per person. No extra anything. The description states extra towels and linens are in dresser drawers. There were none. The showers were recently done, but they left the tub faucet in and no place for soap or shampoo and the drains still had hair covering them from the previous guest. All toilets ran continuously. The mattresses are worn out. The kitchen/dining area was not good. The huge table with benches takes up the entire space. Just enough room to get to the sink. The refrigerator is old and the shelf brackets fall off every time the door is open causing all the things in the door to fall out. The range is so old that the inside can't be cleaned. The light on the microwave doesn't work so there is no light on that side of the kitchen. The Keurig coffee maker is good but the other one is a $9 Dollar General pot. The door to the bottom cabinet that the pots are in comes off when you open it. All the plates are chipped. I have visited Pigeon Forge every year for the past 20 years . This was the first time we bought the whole family. We had a great family vacation, but this cabin was a big disappointment
