Beautiful place for our family!

We were looking for a place that would accommodate 14 of us comfortably, have a 1st floor Master for our parents and have a large enough common space that the entire family could enjoy time together - this is the place!!!

25th Anniversary trip

The cabin is beautiful. The view is awesome! The cabin is roomy and the theater room is great!! I can't say enough about how we enjoyed staying here. The bears visited us every day....make sure you lock your cars and don't leave food in your cars.

Amazing View Lodge is amazing

Beautiful setting, great property, great size for a multi age family group from infants to grandparents. A little challenging on the road in but otherwise was a great time for all.

Perfect House for a Big Group

Now that’s a view!

Spectacular view with a spacious mountain cabin feel. Close to Gatlinburg and lots to see and do. We enjoyed the house very much.

Smoky Mountain Adventure

My family and I reconnected with extended family at this luxury cabin in the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities (arcade games, billiards, jacuzzis) and the beautiful landscape that surrounds this lovely home. It was fantastic and the central location was ideal for checking out the touristy towns without feeling crowded. A perfect get away!

New Beginning Baptist Church retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Amazing View Lodge it is a gorgeous cabin, appreciated the 2 washer/dryers, fridges, stoves. Lots of room at dinner table as well. Rooms where spacious loved the bigger beds, very convenient bathrooms! We will stay again! Thanks for everything!

Thanksgiving

This is a great cabin! We had plenty of room for the 15 people that were there. The view is indeed "amazing". The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. We had easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and local attractions.

Best Cabin in the Smoky's

Absolutely incredible lodge. The views are unparalleled. Three levels, all with their own private deck facing Mt. LeConte. The space was clean and well appointed. The game room and theater were a big hit with the family. There is ample space, seating, parking and storage for the whole family to join. I have stayed in many spaces in the Smoky Mountains, and this is by far the best yet. Worth every penny.

Amazing View Lodge was perfect for us

The staff at Timber Tops was always available to answer questions. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed and we had a huge group. The grocery was 5 minutes and downtown Gatlinburg was only 5 minutes. If there was a negative it would have been there is really no yard so all activities we had to travel but the view was worth it. just plain amazing.

Great location and great facility for groups of 15-20

We enjoyed our stay very much. It truly is an amazing view. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and man, they jumped on it immediately- you could tell these folks wanted to make sure our stay was great! Excellent response and help! Love the fact that there is two of everything needed in the kitchen as it pertains to appliances! Helps tremendously with big crowds!

Amazing house, fantastic stay

This house is gorgeous top to bottom and is exactly as advertised. Its new and clean and really well appointed with luxuries in every corner. The kitchen is amazing, every bedroom is extremely comfortable, most with their own bathroom. We enjoyed the game room, the theater, the video games, all the TVs and the deck. The view of the mountains is fabulous. And the house is less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, which made it extremely convenient to get to town, restaurants, and the park. We would definitely choose this house again and recommend it to anyone.

Gatlinburg Getaway

The cabin is beautiful just like the pictures. The space was perfect. We didn’t cook there but there seemed to be a lot of silverware & utensils. There’s a grocery store with a Starbucks just down the mountain close by! There is a keurig for Kcups so I wish that would have known that (aside from the listed coffee filters for the Mr coffee). The hot tubs definitely could have used to some water but were very clean. The kids loved the games. Parking was easy. Garbage takeout was easy. We didn’t see any bears. The drive up and down the mountain was simple. (We didn’t have any snow or ice) We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Myers Family Christmas Cabin Trip

This was our first family cabin trip, and it was an amazing experience! The house was cozy and welcoming, and we were thrilled to find it already decorated for Christmas. We had originally planned to cut down our own tree, but the property owners provided a beautifully decorated tree, which made things so much easier. We brought along our own ornaments to add a personal touch, which made it even more special.The kids absolutely loved the play area and the fun bunk bed rooms. All the other rooms were beautifully decorated as well, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. One small suggestion would be to provide thicker comforters since the winter mountain weather can be quite chilly.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. Overall, my family loved the cabin, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us—it made our holiday unforgettable!

Amazing!!!

We had a group of 16 and the property gave us plenty of room to move around. Never felt cramped and tons of room to spread out if needed. We all spent a lot of time enjoying the balconies and the views of the mountains. The views were as advertised, beautiful!! We even were able to see a bear a couple times during our stay :) The kids had a blast with all the activities for them. Arcade games, pool table, movie theater and the Nintendo switch kept the kids busy on our low key days. Close enough to all the action but far enough away to be able to get out of the downtown chaos. The road was a little steep at first but after many trips up and down we got the hang of it pretty quickly. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this property to others!

Excellent Cabin

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving week and it was truly an amazing cabin. The views were phenomenal just as pictured. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The detail in each room, including the bathrooms, was so well thought out. We enjoyed the theatre room too. It fit our entire family comfortably. The kitchen was great with 2 of all the major appliances. We were able to purchase all our food and store it in the 2 refrigerators so multiple trips to the store were not necessary. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and was able to use both stoves/ovens simultaneously. Our family has stayed at numerous cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and this by far was the best we'd ever stayed in. The location was only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 or so minutes from Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful as shown in the photos. Great attention to detail in the decor and the view was amazing. We even seen a mama bear and her cubs. Bedrooms while there are a lot of them, they are small except for the first floor master. Cleanliness had had some opportunities which was disappointing with all the service fees that are paid which I assume they are for cleaning. The lighting in this house is kind of dark and there are these odd timers on the lights they just shut off even when you are moving around and they do not come back on when you move because they are not motion you need to go back to the switch and turn them back on. Traveling with an elderly person they were in the bathroom alone and it was night and the lights shut off and panicked them, this could be a potential safety risk for some. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property!

In addition to being in a great location, the views are absolutely amazing! We travel to the area every year with family ages 2-85 and this property checked ALL of our boxes, including plenty of seating in every room (& smart TVs), plenty of great bedrooms (most have own bathroom), double appliances in kitchen and laundry, main level beautiful master, wide sturdy staircases, and plenty of flat parking for 4-6 cars! There were a few minor things that I needed to contact the property team about and they were very receptive and prompt!! Helpful hints for WHEN you book this amazing property: No Keurig (2 coffee pots), bring salt/pepper/spices, bring shampoo/conditioner/soap, and bring laundry detergent to use the 2 convenient washers/dryers. Plenty of towels, sheets, toilet paper, Paper towels, etc. The media room had several great movie selections in addition to all streaming services (no Xbox but we brought our own)! The drive up had 2-3 sharp/steep turns, but the views were completely worth the drive up!! The Alexa devices throughout the house also added a convenient touch! Book this property, you won’t regret it!
