Good Luck finding it

The property management company did not answer calls or texts when I couldn't find the location. I had to find a hotel at the last minute. They also wouldn't refund when I couldn't even get to the place. MAKE SURE you go way before their closing time so you can have someone show you how to get there. VRBO customer service is just as bad. They were supposed to contact us about our issue, and they never responded with a follow-up.

Weekend Getaway

Overall we had a great experience with the cabin. Everything worked and was clean. Hot tub was little low on water and strong chemicals, but I added some water and was better. The mountain roads were fun getting up to the cabin. Thanks!

Cabin was nice, but fire place never worked and customer service not good.

Let me start by saying the cabin was clean and nice. The view was great. However, when me and my wife were choosing cabins for our trip we narrowed it down to three, but picked this one because of the beautiful two way fireplace. We checked in Thursday night and the fire place wasn’t working. I immediately called and they said they would have someone out the next day to fix it. They said when they come they will leave a note on the door that they had been there. We got back to the cabin Friday night after a long day and still the Fire Place wasn’t working and there was no note on the door that it had been fixed. I immediately called customer service again and they said someone came out and lit the pilot but it was not lit when we got back to the cabin. So they said they would put a work order in that would require them to come first thing Saturday morning. We left the cabin about 8:15am Saturday morning and returned about 2pm. Again we saw no note on the door saying anyone had been there and the pilot still wasn’t lit. It’s obvious the gas line has a problem and isn’t supplying enough gas through the line. So for the 3rd day in a row I call customer service and they don’t know why it hadn’t been fixed. Because this was our last night it was obvious we were never going to enjoy the fire place on our stay. Customer service offered us two passes for an attraction, but we already had dinner reservations that night and leaving the next morning. They told us they could add an extra night at a discounted price but we have to be back to work on Monday. You may think a broken fire place isn’t a big deal, but we chose this cabin for that very reason. If we knew the fire place didn’t work we would have chosen one of the other two cabins. So we leave disappointed, angry, and nothing was done to supplement our stay. We had to call 4 times and worry about this instead of enjoying our stay. If this is how this company takes care of their customers I will make sure I am not a customer any longer.
