This is a beautiful house. The themed rooms were pretty cool. The pool was a big hit. We all enjoy everything the house had to offer inside and out. We were out on the upper deck having a blast each night playing games and just enjoying each other’s company. The location is just minutes from all the attractions but remote enough to be away from all the hustle & bustle.

This place could not have been more perfect! It gave our family hours of entertainment! While I thought the pool would be the main attraction I was sadly mistaken! The game room and beautifully decorated bedrooms had them not wanting to leave! The pool was a bit on the chilly side but I loved the safety with the alarms and locks! We had 9 children with of us and I can honestly say we will happily rent this home again!

Family/Friend Getaway

The pictures are spot on. We had a mix of adults, young adults, teenagers all the way down to 6-year-olds and we all had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful home with lots of fun entertaining things to do. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent home for a big family!!

The residence was exceptionally tidy and inviting. Although there was some construction occurring nearby, it did not hinder the view, nor was it disruptive in terms of noise. The teenagers certainly appreciated the home, particularly the private pool, video games and the pool table.. They teens had a blast in this home!!

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the entire family. The extra trundle in the king rooms make it great for the kids to share a room with adults if needed. The pool scored higher than any property we have rented previously with a pool. Host of family gathering

Amazing place that accommodated all of our families wide range of ages needs with a great assortment of games and activities upstairs and a wonderfully stocked kitchen area downstairs with very comfortable beds in every room.Our 20 plus party had a wonderful time hanging out together and being able to get good night. Sleep in order to do it again the following day.Cleaning crew was awesome

VERY clean, beautiful

The host was responsive, the cabin was immaculate, every device worked (to the delight of the15 kids in the game and theater rooms). Beautiful outdoor space with barbecue grill! The adult chaperones were beyond impressed with the extreme comfort of all bedding and pillows. Note: Plan on buying extra of their 'provided' items if you are staying longer than a day and have more than 10 kids, e.g. toilet tissue, salt & pepper, dish soap. These were at the bare minimum (maybe because of the guests before us?)

Bachelor party weekend

Family Christmas Get Together

We had over 27 people in the home and had a great time celebrating Christmas with our family. The house is great and is set up as a castle. The kids loved the themed rooms and the grandparents loved the home being set up with Christmas decorations. Linens and mattresses were the best that we have had in renting many cabins and homes for family vacations. Would definitely recommend this for large family gatherings.

Everything we needed for a large multi family vacation.

The property was amazing. Plenty to do for all ages. Our group had children as young as 1, and as old as 50. The bedroom arrangement with ensuite baths in every one was ideal for our group. We also especially loved the day bed and trundle option in each king room for the kids who got scared without their parents in the bunk room. Would highly recommend. The only negative id say is the views aren't great, but otherwise the property and hosts many touches make this a great house for multi family groups.

A fun fall getaway with our family.

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful and spacious castle. The children were delighted with the themed bedrooms and everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, video games, etc. It is everything that is advertised and photos don't do it justice. It's a lovely vacation destination. The beds were absolutely wonderfully comfortable. I would recommend this castle to anyone looking for a place for lots of family to spread out and enjoy all the things this castle has to offer. We had people 71 to 3 years of age and everyone enjoyed themselves. My 8 year old granddaughter asked me if we could stay in it again next year. It's a great possibility if we go to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area next fall break.

Amazing time!

My family and I had an amazing time staying here!! Kids of all ages loved the game room upstairs and the pool! The owner was quick to respond with any question or concerns we had and sent someone out very quickly to assist. There are only two suggestion we have for them. they needed more hand towels for both the kitchen and bathrooms. There was only one in each bathroom and 2 in the kitchen. Those get dirty quick with so many people there.

Perfect for Our Large Family Christmas

We have been coming to Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge area for 5 years as a large family of 30 (or more some years). This home outranks any we have every stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen with high quality tools & appliances. The mattress are good & rooms are very spacious. They have such attention to detail in every bedroom its amazing! My grandkids absolutely loved the Harry Potter room and it’s over the top to have a sorting hat! It was freezing cold in the teens temperature & windy so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area but it’s so beautiful. The indoor pool was a game changer for our 10 kids age 15 and under. Especially since there was no way to be outside in the cold. The host was responsive to any question right away. The only thing that would make this better is if it had a common bathroom on the main level. It’s awkward going in to someone else’s bedroom to use the bathroom so those on 2nd floor had to climb stairs to use bathroom. I will absolutely rebook this exact place again over and over and with this same hostif you’re looking, book that!

I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness. This place is kept in tip-top shape! I even looked in the corners of the bathroom, and it was spotless! It’s hard to keep such a big house as clean as they do, but I certainly appreciate it! It is very spacious for a big family, and lots to keep the kids entertained. The host was great with his communication on what needed to be done for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Amazing house. So spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and rec room and all the bedrooms. One thing to note is there is a highway below the house and there isn’t a great Mountain View. But our family of 14 had a great time.
