Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed with ensuite (shower) + 2 twin beds by the windows
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed with ensuite (shower); bathroom also accessible from hallway
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Bunkroom with 6 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms (tub + shower)
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): King bed with a separate bathroom (tub/shower)

🧼 What We Provide:
Hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher & laundry pods
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Starter pack: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and trash bags
Guests should plan to bring or buy extras for longer stays

📦 The locked owner's closet is in the main floor’s front bedroom.
📹 Exterior security camera faces the driveway (recording at all times).
🚫 No parties allowed.

🐶 Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs allowed — $200 per pet/stay
Must confirm breed and age (under 50 lbs, over 1 year old)

Pet Addendum (must agree to the following):
No dogs on beds or in the pool room
Dogs must be crated if left alone
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages

All dogs must be housebroken and fully vaccinated

Guests must follow local leash laws and clean up after pets

No personal dog items (beds, blankets, etc.) in washer/dryer

After booking: ID verification, signed rental agreement, $500 security deposit hold required

🚭 No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, drugs) — inside or on decks.
If smoke is detected, a $750 remediation fee applies.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Visitors must leave by 10 PM (start of quiet hours)
👥 Max occupancy: 12 guests — $75 per night per extra guest

May take time to heat fully on the first night

Charcoal grill provided — bring your own charcoal

Firewood not provided

City burn bans may apply — we’ll notify you if so

🗑️ Garbage:
Use bear-proof bins in front of the house

For excess trash, message us for pickup

🧺 Laundry:
Washer and dryer available

Clear lint trap before each use

🤫 Quiet Hours:
10 PM – 7 AM daily

💸 Damages:
Guests are financially responsible for damage, theft, unauthorized pets, flea infestations, smoking, exceeding occupancy/parking limits, and anything noted in the rental agreement.

Weather Conditions:
While ice and snow rarely affect the roads, weather patterns can change unexpectedly. We encourage guests to plan ahead by monitoring forecasts prior to travel and preparing accordingly.
During colder periods, road conditions may vary, so all-wheel or four-wheel drive transportation is strongly recommended. Bringing essential supplies and allowing extra travel time can help ensure a safe and smooth arrival. Please note that we do not offer plowing or towing services. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is appropriate for weather conditions, and any needed roadside assistance should be arranged directly with a local provider.
