This place was amazing for my family and I. So much to do and convenient location and great entertainment. Very welcoming and warming. Will be staying again for sure.
The whole family had a great time. Cabin was exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped, downstairs playroom and theater was great. 5 minutes away from Pigeon Forge restaurants and attractions.
As described, this cabin contains lots of items that will entertain your family during your stay; both inside and outside. The kitchen is spacious with everything needed to prepare meals. The location is convenient with a short drive for shopping and dining.
Very peaceful and quiet. Had alot of things for our children to do had a pool table, air hockey table, movie theater, toys, baby toys, board games, hot tub, high chair
The cabin was just as it was listed. We played the indoor and outdoor games the entire time of our stay while we were at the cabin. Everyone had a great time. It would have been nice to have more than 2 dish cloths for the kitchen (1 to wash and 1 to dry with) and to have to wait until 4pm (could have been later depending on the time of season) to be called to let us know our cabin was ready. Other than that, it was a great stay!
It is a beautiful home, and there was plenty of space and things to keep everyone entertained. However, they need to do some maintenance work. There were several little things that were broken; the wand to open the blind nwxt to the dining table, so we couldn't open it to let any light in. The holders for the shower wand in both showers were broken. The toilet brush in the upstairs bathroom was broken. The clothes dryer really needs to be updated. There is no delicate (low heat) option, so I couldn't dry our clothes, and one of the knobs were missing. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
Very enjoyable stay. Great Host with easy check in and out. Very clean and family friendly. Close to main entertainment and shopping, but was happy staying at the cabin because of putting green, game room and theater room so much for our family to enjoy. Would rate excellent and definitely recommend. Will look forward to return visit!
It was a great place to stay! My grandkids loved the miniature golf and games. Adults liked the movie room and hot tub! I would definitely stay there again! Close to Pigeon Forge!
We really enjoyed this cabin! Had plenty to keep 6 teenagers occupied if we didn’t want to get out. Location was ideal for our needs on this trip! Will definitely stay again!
Overall great rental for a weekend. Minor things: no pick for the air hockey table, no shampoo(detailed in check in package), visible mold in multiple bathrooms, no DVD or VHS player for the movie room (bring your own), complaints of bed frame from the downstairs king bed.
The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and has many features that helped our family create many wonderful memories. The theater room, mini golf course, game area, and hot tub are just a.few of the many amenities. The location is only about 5 minutes away from the main strip of pigeon forge, but remains quiet and has gorgeous mountain views. The owner is very nice and even stopped by to ensure we had enough propane for the grill and to see if we needed anything. We will definately be back!!
The cabin was just like the pictures on website. It was very spacious and had great amenities. The kids especially loved the theatre room, putt putt mini golf and arcade games. My favorite was enjoying the view and having a bonfire. It's so close to downtown pigeon forge. I would recommend going to forbidden caverns as the caves are really cool. It was fun to just relax at the cabin. I would definitely stay there again.
Amazing home with lots of things to do. Wouldn't even need to go into town for entertainment if you didnt want to. The home was very clean and provided the perfect amount of space for my family. I'm thankful we were relocated to this property vs the original due to evacuations. The property management company was very helpful in making our trip happen considering the circumstances.

Great place and space for family! Management company could use some improvement.
The house is beautiful. Definitely has the cabin feel with view of the mountains. Plenty of space to spread out. Fun things for everyone to enjoy.
They could update and add some kitchen items. We received only two very small, thin kitchen towels for a week stay. Only received 2 trash bags for a week stay. When you have 6 people and plan to cook everyday, you need more than 2 towels and trash bags. No scissors or spatula. The cooking spoons folded in half when you used them. An upgrade in those would go a long way.
Our main issue was really more with the management company. They need to update their email communication and be more friendly when you call. I called 2 times to be told rudely that the answer to my question was in an email....and it wasn't. Email says "check in begins at 3pm, but in peak times could take longer and your patience is appreciated." When we called at 3:15pm about our check in, the lady rudely said "Check in is 3-5om." I asked, "Where does it mention 5pm?" and she said rudely, "In your email with the rules and regulations!" I reread that email and attachment and no where does it mention 5pm. AND....we didn't get our email that our house was ready to check in until 5:35pm.
When we arrived a little after 6pm, the dishwasher was running. This should have been run and unloaded before new guests arrive. There were also wet towels in the dryer that we discovered two days into our stay when we went to dry some of our own stuff. There was a dirty pan in the oven and three dirty items in the cabinets I had to clean before we could use them. And all the bath towels had a strong mildew smell.
The screened porch has cigarette smoke odor to it, making is less than ideal to enjoy sitting out there. This may be okay as there is an ashtray on the side table out there. The cabin itself didn't smell of smoke.
They have two exterior trash cans for you to put your trash in. There is no city trash pick up for the house. The policy is if you fill those up during your stay, you have to take overflow to the management office's dumpster. I felt this was asking a lot of the customer on vacation. I think they could make it a practice to come by once or twice a week, or upon request and pick up excess trash. They say they just pick up what is there when you check out.
None really kept us from enjoying the space and all it had to offer, but it will make us reconsider any other properties that this same management company services.
This rental was great. My family had a lot of fun inside the cabin itself and it was also very close to everything that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer. The only negative thing I could say is that the hot tub needed some maintenance and the board games were missing a lot of pieces.
