Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. They even had wood cut for the fireplace. The view from the loft and balcony porch was beautiful.

We had a lovely time. Accommodations were great. My only recommendation would be to add a nightlight in the bathroom to see better in the dark.Loved the hot tub, so clean uncomfortable!

Absolutely Love staying in ENCHANTED

This is my 2nd stay @ this property and it never disappoints. The breathtaking views from the deck are amazing! I also enjoyed the hot tub as well as the Mountain View’s from the jacuzzi tub in the master suite located upstairs !! Thank you again Tim for a great stay . He always answers phone and quick to assist with anything you might need.

Great getaway

Loved the location and layout of this cabin, perfect for a fall getaway. I’m usually skeptical of indoor jacuzzi tubs but this one was actually cleaned well, no scum or smell when you turn on the jets! Only con was limited cooking/cleaning supply, which can be annoying if you plan to use the kitchen a lot.

Enchanting time at Enchanted

I did enjoy the stay at the cabin. The location was very private and the cabin was very nice. Enjoyed the real fireplace and that they provide the wood. The hot tub was nice. I was a little uncomfortable waiting until check in time to get the code via phone to get in the door since it is in such an isolated area but it worked out in the end. I enjoyed my time there and I will go back again hopefully. I highly recommend it to others that need to escape and have quiet time in a nice clean relaxing place.

We had a great time

The cabin is great. It’s clean, the hot in was great, the tv was easy to use and they had a pool table. The only downfall…that I wished someone mentioned in other reviews is the driveway. No driveway. Recommend not driving a truck. Drive a smaller vehicle.

The Perfect Hideaway

My now wife and I planned our honeymoon surrounding being in nature but also wanting to do fun activities. This cabin was perfectly placed between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlainburg. It was tucked away enough that we felt the seclusion we desired but close enough that at a whim we could go and do something in town or grab a meal. We were extremely pleased with the views and loved the interior. There is a washer and dryer too! We were able to do laundry which was very helpful after hikes and horseback riding in the area. The Enchanted name says it all. We are bookmarking this cabin for future rental (probably once a year).

Perfect couples get-away

This is a perfect little spot for a couple to disconnect from the craziness of the world and just enjoy nature!! Watching the sunsets on the deck, near by smoky mountains hikes, and seeing the stars from the hot tub are just a few things we found so peaceful and relaxing! Can’t wait to book our next stay here!!

Secluded with beautiful views

Perfect location right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us, and waking up to the Smokey mountains was amazing!

Great place. Stay was to short To enjoy everything. Winter time will definitely will need an all wheel drive car. Good road but steep.

Beautiful and breathtaking views

I have enjoyed myself so much @ this cabin and made wonderful memories. I’ve already booked again for next year. The location is perfect and close to everything but feeling like you’re all alone when inside your cabin.

Nice place for two to have a romantic getaway. My only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable.. Very clean and loved the fireplace.

Short vacation

The rug in the loft should be tossed.I think because the cabin does allow pets some pets have used the rug for a potty pad. We rolled the rug up duringbour stay to prevent our dog from marking the rug do to the odor. Also maybe strategically place some additional air freshners.

Loved it!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property was in a great location. It was a perfect distance was everything we wanted/needed. Not far from stores and other properties, we felt safe and secluded at the same time. The views were very peaceful, we couldn’t have had a better time. We both agree we’d 100% come back.

Great cabin

The cabin location was great. So close to everything. The cabin itself was very charming, but a little outdated. Some of the aspects of the cabin (floors, exterior, hot tub) could use a little love. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub is plenty big enough for two. Overall a great experience

Beautiful secluded cabin

The cabin is beautiful, clean and private. It's perfect for relaxing, enjoying a romantic trip. The negative points are the lack of basic kitchen items, no cooking seasoning such as salt, just one blanket, one toilet paper, one laundry detergent. We had to buy a package of each item to spend 3 days.

Great long weekend getaway

This cabin was great for the wife, dog, and I to get a way for a few days in December. The check in was super easy and the place was easy to find. We were able to get a free ticket to Dollywood which was a plus for our "adventure day." The hot tub, wood fireplace (with available firewood), and balcony were great amenities that we used a ton. There were several kitchen amenities that allowed us to cook our own food. Wanted to stay longer but had to get back to "real life."

Relaxing getaway

Cabin was exactly as described. It's placed in the perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with only minutes to either. Hot tub was very relaxing. Some sort of coat rack in the entrance would be a nice addition. Beautiful views but the property itself could use a good cleanup of all of the cut trees that were down around the cabin. We loved all of the wildlife we saw at the cabin, we saw a Bear at our truck within hours of our arrival he just was smelling and then moved along down the driveway, Turkey, Rabbits and so many birds. It was truly lovely waking up to all the birds singing as we had coffee on the deck!
