A Bears Haven is the perfect getaway being just minutes from the Pigeon Forge area attractions, all the shopping you would want to do and close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This beautiful cabin offers 3 bedrooms, a home theater, game room, wrap-around covered decks with hot tub and a fire pit!

The paved flat driveway will park 3 cars and motorcycles comfortably.

Entering the cabin you will have a bedroom on the right featuring a queen bed, large flat screen HDTV, dresser and closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower. As you walk on down the hall you will find the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and a dining area with ample seating for the everyone. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, a large, flat screen HDTV, cable package with 100+ channels including ESPN and Wi-Fi. Doors off of the dining area and living area lead out onto the wraparound deck with ample seating and a hot tub.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom offering a king bed, a large flat screen HDTV, a jetted tub for two, and a full bathroom.

The lower level is all about the fun starting with a home theater, game room and access to the spacious deck. The theater room offers a sleeper sofa and cinema style seating and a 60 Inch flat screen HDTV. The game room offers a pool table, an arcade, and pub table. For added convenience there is also a closet with stackable washer and dryer.

The spacious bedroom features a Queen Bunk, a large flat-screen HDTV and a full bathroom. There is also an extra flat-screen for use with any gaming systems or streaming devices that you want to bring.

Enjoy a cook-out on the charcoal BBQ grill or gather around the nearby fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature.
