Bring the whole group to Bear Down Hideaway, a private three-level retreat in peaceful Wears Valley. Three king suites, a queen-over-queen bunk suite, and two queen sofa sleepers give families and friends room to spread out, while an 85-inch home theater, two fireplaces, Omni One VR system, arcade games, shuffleboard and hot tub make staying in part of the vacation.

Spend evenings around the covered-deck fireplace, soak beneath the trees or enjoy movie and game nights across three separate gathering spaces. You’ll be approximately 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the quiet Wears Valley entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Memorial Day through Labor Day, your stay also includes complimentary access to Honeysuckle Meadows’ outdoor pool and catch-and-release fishing pond, located approximately 10–15 minutes from the cabin.

The covered main deck includes the hot tub, outdoor propane fireplace, lounge seating, dining tables and Tiki Toss. The lower deck offers additional seating and a hanging couples swing.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND AMENITIES

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Basic supplies and children's dinnerware are provided. Guests should bring their own coffee, K-cups, food, and condiments.

Grilling: A park-style grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal.

Enjoy a seamless and private check-in experience with a unique door code provided before your stay. There is no need to meet anyone for keys, allowing you to start your vacation the moment you arrive.

The cabin is reached by a paved mountain road with a few winding and steeper stretches. For winter visits to the Smokies, we suggest traveling in a 4-wheel-drive vehicle.

Indoor Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is seasonal and operational for guests to use from November through April.

Security: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by an exterior security camera. The camera is located on the cabin and faces the driveway.
