Great location

We had a great time the cabin was beautiful very clean just as pictured. Only down fall is the trees are covered in vines and you can't see the mountains very good only in one spot

The cabin was clean and well equipped with anything we might have needed. The host, Justin was friendly and answered any questions within a timely matter. The view was amazing and there were so many activities to do with my family within minutes of the cabin. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Relaxing get away

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Everything was just as wonderful as the first time. The convenient location made it easy to get around to all of our destinations. Additionally the communication with the host has no comparison (always checking to see how our stay was and if we needed anything). We will be staying again

Quality Time

The property was exactly like the pictures. I had not been on a true vacation with my husband since covid. We need the time to unwind without kids, family drama, pets and job responsibilities. The cabin was perfectly situated to get to where you wanted still be able to wind...Loved it! We are definitely coming back again! Fabulous weekend get away!!

The communication we had with the Host was great. He checked in to see how are stay was and if we needed anything. This was greatly appreciated. The property surpassed our expectations. It was spotless when we arrived with enough linens for everyone. The decor fit the setting and was up-to-date. The property was in a very convenient location being so close to main attractions but yet was private. The game room was a great hang out space. We are looking at dates to return to this property. This property was in a good location to town and all of the things. House needed a lot of things fixed and taken care of. Arrived after check in time (4pm) and unit was still not finished being cleaned. After being in the car for 12 hours had to wait an addition 30-45 min for the cleaning crew to be done cleaning. Door code was not active on arrival and had to be reset, could not lock or unlock door. Has pool table, most of the pool sticks were broken or damaged. Owner was responsive to messages, he should probably look into another management company to handle his rental, b/c they acted like they didn't care to really help. Should have been offered something for all of the issues upon arrival but was offered nothing but excuses for why those things were or were not working or done.

Great location and experience

We had a wonderful time at "Escape from Reality" with a few exceptions. Upon check-in, the code we were given to enter the door did not work and a lightning storm was happening (obviously no one could control that, just made the situation more challenging). Our contact for the location was wonderful at staying in touch ahead of our arrival and was easy to reach out to with quick turnaround in responses...except for when I reached out about the code. Ultimately we waited roughly 30 minutes before I found another option for a contact and the assistant contact was able to help. Overall, a very minor glitch in what was otherwise a fabulous stay. One thing to note: if you'll be using the sleeper sofas and will need additional sheets, they were left in locations that weren't very obvious (i.e., not sitting right on top of the couch or in a closet). One set of sheets we didn't find until we were doing our last pass of the house before leaving. Be sure to look high and low for the plastic sacks with sheets in them--one was under a corner table in the living room and the other was on a small tv shelf alongside the cable box.

Great Location and Prompt Replies

The location of this cabin is AMAZING. Loved the easy access to Walmart, outlet shopping, and the very short drive to Dollywood. We ran into a problem during our stay the first night and I contacted the host. The fold out sleeper sofa had not been properly cleaned and was covered in crumbs. He was prompt and got the situation taken care of very quickly the next day. I let him know when I had left the cabin for the day and the cleaners could swing by to remedy the issue. When we arrived back after a long day at Dollywood there was a clean mattress protector on the fold out bed (upstairs) and new sheets for me to put on the bed. The two bedroom sand two pull out sofa beds were plenty for my party of 8 to sleep comfortably. There was a little case of movies to choose from, some games, and other forms of entertainment for when you are in the cabin. The hot tub would have been nice if the temperature gauge would have worked to heat the water. Was one of the features I was looking forward to.

36th anniversary get away

This house is great! It is close to just about everything and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The floors and carpet could use a lot more attention by the cleaning crew. First floor bath tub is slippery and could be safety issue. We also would suggest more towels be provided.

Great stay!

Cabin was located in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from most of the main attractions we visited. It was extremely clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. This was our third time staying in Sevierville, TN and this cabin was our favorite (specifically in regards to its location, mountain view, amenities, decor, and cleanliness). We would definitely stay here again!
