Great family vacation getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great clean and family friendly accommodations for our family of 14. The location was great and accessible to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. Everyone loved the indoor pool. Thanks for the great memories!

Spacious cabin close to everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a last minute trip for a few days and loved the cabin. Tons of space for a large group, although there was only four of us. Very clean, well stocked, only thing missing was a hair dryer (I only noticed since my wife forgot hers). We enjoyed the pool and a huge bonus for us was the multiple layers of safety for small kids. We have a 2 year old and the door alarm, lock, plus water alarm made us much more comfortable having a pool on property. About a 15 minute drive into town, not bad at all. The Elk Springs staff was very kind and responsive. Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but I had to call in the toilets had vomit in them when we got there, and someone was sick in the pool room also, the pool wasn't working right and I called in on that plus was very cold. The hot tub wouldn't go above 99 degrees.
