Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
When we arrived we never received the text that we were supposed to receive once the property was cleaned. When entered many kitchen items were still dirty and some rooms had a lot of dust. We also didn't have any soap sponges, so we called to get one in the property and we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. We then called again the next day and the same thing happened we were told that someone would come and no one did.
