Mountain getaway

This was our second stay at this beautiful mountain house, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Perched at the top of a mountain in Tennessee, the views are absolutely breathtaking. The house is peaceful, cozy, and, most importantly for us, completely fragrance-free, which is a huge plus since I have allergies. It’s hard to find places that truly honor that, and we’re so grateful this one does. We only stayed two days, but it was the perfect little escape. We love it and will definitely be back again!

Never a Bad Day Waking Up to Those Views

Although we weren’t at the house much for our trip to Tennessee, we loved it! I sat every morning in complete awe of the views. The sunrise from the deck is breathtaking and my camera roll on my phone will tell you so. I couldn’t take enough pictures. The only thing I would suggest… and this is because during our stay there were 80 MPH winds up on the mountains (no exaggeration either)… the hot tub cover continued to fly off and to try and open the door to strap it back on was a bit scary. (especially with no power) My husband suggested maybe putting the brackets on the deck more to the corners of the hot tub so you could criss cross the straps to hold the cover on better. We tried criss crossing them where they currently are and it didn’t work and it really didn’t work straight across as it continued to blow off all night. Just a suggestion. Regardless of the crazy winds, we had an amazing experience! The memories we created are priceless!!
