Amazing
We had a wonderful time at Starwood cabin. The location was not far from the main attractions- the roads to the cabin were very curvy, so give yourself plenty of time when getting there. Communication was great with the property manager, when we arrived there was only 2 towels but they were able to rectify the situation quickly. My kiddo loved the "old fashion" arcade. We will remember this trip forever.

Not impressed
Plan to stay put after dark because the driveway is narrow and pitch black after dark so you can’t see it get in and out. When we arrived the key pad didn’t want to work to unlock the door. Finally got it to light up and let us in after messing with it for a while. Checked in at 6 and went straight to check the hot tub and the temp was 53 degrees. I replied to the check out email to let them know and was told they clean it in between guests and it should be up to temp in a couple hours. We left for dinner and came back 2 hours later and it was only at 80 degrees. Basically it was useless the first night. I decided to use the jacuzzi tub instead. Started to full it up and ran out of hot water before it got full enough to turn on the jets. When I turned the water off I found out that the water is leaking down the drain as fast as it’s filling up. Once again useless. The cabin its self was cozy and nice but everything else was disappointing. I wouldn’t book it again.

Lovely little cabin
Other than a slight issue with our cabin being ready on time, we enjoyed our stay. The cleaning ladies were extremely apologetic and had the cabin in tip top shape in no time. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. It was well supplied and very clean.

The cabin was the perfect distance from town. It was quiet and clean. The hot tub was out from the deck but still private. Check in and check out was super quick. The office sent emails un a timely manner. We would stay here again!

The cabin was in a great location, private and quiet. It was cozy with the gas fireplace and the bed was comfortable. Although it was clean, it could use a little more detail to cleaning. All in all it was a nice stay.

Good
We enjoyed that it felt secluded but still close to town. Loved the hot tub. Cabin was very cozy. Loved the fire place. Only cons were that the bathroom door needs to be fixed, it doesn’t latch shut and the mattress wasn’t comfortable, our backs were pretty achy from it. But overall, we had an excellent stay.

I thought this was the best VRBO deal we have ever stayed at. Very nice property. Lots of special touches. Security door lock system was easy to use. Very pleased with the property. Would stay there again if/when we go back and visit the Smokey Mountains.

The cabin was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was nice and it was very close to Pigeon Forge. The jacuzzi tub won’t hold water so it’s unusable. Everything else was really nice though!

Loved the place!
This property is perfect! Not too far away from pigeon forge, but also secluded. You do have neighbors but there’s enough trees for privacy! If I HAD to complain about one thing, it would be that the hot water doesn’t stay hot enough to fill the Jacuzzi tub, so you have to fill it halfway, wait for the water to heat back up, then fill it up the rest of the way. Also the drain plug leaks water. But those issues really weren’t that big of a deal! And our stay was still a 5/5 star.

Honeymoon Stay
We came to the area to celebrate our honeymoon! This was the cutest little cabin that was perfect for us! Everything was so clean. The drive was scary, but expected. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

First time
Well this was my first stay at a cabin so I really didn’t know what to expect. But what I do know is that it had a smell it was seriously out dated I looked like something out of the 60 or 70 I did like the wine glasses all the dvds they had in case of an outage was old as hell the chairs to sit in by the grill and pit was dirty and didn’t even match and they was old as hell. When you know someone is coming y’all need to have somebody come and do a check to make sure everything is good and the wash machine smelled bad as well. I mean I enjoyed my stay but who ever owns this property needs to make it a little more modern like for real and put some smell good in there.

The cabin was perfect for us except one issue..
My boyfriend and I had a great stay in this cabin! The pictures did not do it justice, it was gorgeous!! It was the perfect distance to go to pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, and also hiking in the smokey mountains. The cabin overall was very clean, upon walking in it had a very fresh clean smell! The wifi worked great for the both of us as well. The only issue we had was with the bathtub inside… the jets pushed out tiny little black worms that were unnoticed until the tub was being used. We looked up on google and it seemed like that fly larvae can sometimes live inside the jets. It was pretty disturbing to the both of us especially because they were clearly alive and moving. I would just say check the jets before getting in!! If it weren’t for this I would give it a full 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and we will definitely recommend it to others. We found the cabin easily with the directions given from the property owner/management, along with GPS. It is a great location, only about 20 minutes from attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The drive to the cabin was scenic and breathtaking through the woods/mountains. Also, the cabin isn’t located high up in the mountains, so the drive did not make me uneasy. The cabin was clean and so cute and cozy for the two of us. I loved waking up in the morning and drinking my coffee out on the back deck enjoying nature. Great place!

Beautiful cabin!
We had a super fantastic stay, looking forward to returning! Location is only 4 miles from the main road that has unlimited places to eat, shop, and have fun! Cabin was fully equipped with all necessities. My hubby especially loved the video games and the stereo surround sound in the living room was awesome! Very quiet and relaxing spa/jacuzzi experience! STEEP DRIVE
We enjoyed our visit to the cabin. We really liked the cabin, the layout of the cabin and the hot tub. The campfire pit with the rock flooring was a very nice addition, but unfortunately the wind was blowing every day on our stay, so we could not take advantage of it, with a campfire. The website listed a coffee maker, but all we found was a Keurig, which is not the same thing, since we take our own coffee when we travel. The cabin was furnished with most everything you need to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The only gripe we had about our stay was the driveway and the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. The picture on the website does not show how steep the path is from the parking spot to the cabin’s porch. If you have a balance issue, the steepness of the walk is difficult to traverse. There are no steps, or handrail to assist. This becomes more challenging if it is or has been raining, which it did. The driveway is another story. When you come to the top of the driveway, it is steep enough to not be able to see where you park, until you start down the driveway at about a 30 degree angled slope. There is a wooden barrier at the bottom of the driveway,

Needed a little better cleaning but otherwise a wonderful stay!
Had a small getaway here for weekend. Lovely home, quiet location. Definitely need a 4 wheel drive if going during the snow but my car done great for the weather we had. Easy to find, over all beautiful. Only problems that we had was just general cleanliness that most people would over look. We cooked our own meals and had to wash dishes before preparing our food and had to buy our own forks and the occasional cobwebs, but there were high ceilings so I can see how that can be missed. Would recommend being a box fan to circulate the heat if you use the gas fireplace to circulate into the bedroom as it can get rather cold in the bedroom. Other than that everything was top tier in my opinion. Bed was huge, hot tub was great and clean, hot water for showers and cooking was wonderful. Left with the dishwasher running and washer going to help out! Enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Spent a week celebrating our anniversary and this cabin was amazing. Location to Pigeon Forge was just a short drive away. The old school table top video game system was our favorite way to end the night. And the hot tub was so relaxing, spectacular views and extremely private.

It was everything we wanted. In the woods, but wasn’t too far from everything. About right in the middle of everything we wanted to do was no more then 20 minutes away. It was beautiful being able to watch the animals in the morning on the back porch. It was clean and nice. The road is a little scary but not much traffic so it was easy to get out and go. The internet didn’t work well at all, which is expected since it was way out there (they warn you about that!!). The communication between myself and the host was the best I couldn’t ask for better when it came to that. Pretty sure I annoyed the host to Death lol. Definitely will stay here again in the future. It was a great first “big girl” trip and they made it so nice and easy.
