Weekend awat

Cabin was great! Loved the sound machine in the bedrooms at night. Quiet and view is beautiful!! Very nicely decorated. Wish there was a Christmas tree by the fireplace. Outside fire pit was great so was the hot tub!!

WOW! Impressive Property & Views

Clean & spacious property inside and out! Hottub was wonderful after a day of exploring. Every amenity included! Views of the mountains are breathtakingly beautiful as are the sunsets from the enormous deck. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Beautiful view and we saw bears

Very nice and quiet. Thankfully we had smaller vehicles and quiet neighbors. We didn't realize there were other cabins so close by. Not very private at all plus lots and lots of outside light during the night. But it was nice all in all. We just prefer more private.

Cabin on Jake Ridge

Layout of the cabin was great, views amazing, loved the two back decks. Spent a lot of time on the them, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The challange was the age and condition of the cabin. Very large gaps in the flooring, especially in the master bedroom on the main level. Had to wear shoes in the house to avoid stubbing toes or taking a chunk out of your foot. Both myself and my boyfriend were locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door knob, me for 1 minute, him for 5 full minutes. I had to take the door handle apart to get him out. The management company was highly responsive and had it fixed immediately. No room in the shower or place to put any toiletries while showering. We rented the cabin for the amazing side porch, expected to be out there daily, enjoying meals, having a fire at night. Several wooden pieces of furniture were full of carpenter bees because several pieces were untreated wood. We were dive bombed while out there and you could literally hear them gnawing on the wood. I know they are beneficial to the environment so we didn’t say anything but we couldn’t use the side patio at all. Then a bear attacked the swing directly across from our patio to get to the carpenter bees. I would be very concerned they will be coming for the patio furniture next. This could be a big safety issue. We saw three different bears while there all very close to the cabin which was awesome however … if we could hear the bees, I’m sure they can as well.
