Cabin is on a well and water is treated monthly. Run the spickets for a few minutes before starting your showers, etc.



This is a true mountain experience and with that comes gravel roads, higher elevations, and winding/narrow roads. 4WD is recommended but not necessary except in Winter months. Please consider using travel insurance if you book in winter months, because you could get snowed in. Be mindful of this when planning your trip and keep an eye on the weather. Your hosts live locally and have set the cancellation policies to flexible during winter seasons. Refunds will not be given due to Acts of God, Nature, or Emergencies that are outside of our control. Be prepared when traveling.



Guests receive one complimentary ticket to Dollywood, Anakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Dolly's Splash Country, Lumberjack Feud, Hollywood Wax Museum, Dolly's Stampede and Dinner Show, Pirates Voyage, Hatfield and McCoy, Comedy Barn, Country Tonite Music Show, Big Creek Expedition White Water Rafting Upper and Lower Rivers, Dig'n'Zone Amusement Park, Five Oaks Zipline and Adventure Park. Guest only receive 1 free admission per attraction (in seasons when attractions are open) each day. If ticket is not used for that day, ticket expires and renews the next day. Tickets cannot be combined for different attractions. Guests will need to purchase additional tickets for the remaining guests in their party. Guests will be asked for their name, email, and phone number upon booking and will then receive a personalized booking link from Xplorie where they can claim their free tickets and schedule their activities, purchase additional tickets if needed. This is up to $1100 of value everyday of the guests stay and a complimentary gift for those that choose to stay with us. This is not a timeshare.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is the mountains. There are a few neighbors around but it is a very peaceful and calm setting and neighbors are not close.



Getting Around:

There is enough parking for 3 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Guests access the cabin via a gravel road. Please keep this in mind when booking. My wife has a Chevy Malibu and drives up there just fine. I have a Tundra. Only in the winter and when roads are wet, guests should use caution.

We recommend 4WD during winter.



Guests receive one single, complimentary ticket to the following attractions everyday of their stay through our partnership with Xplorie.

Free tickets can not be combined to use for one single attraction. Tickets expire daily if not used and renew the next day. Tickets are valid from the start of check in day to the end of check out day so guests can use a ticket before their check in and use a ticket after their check out time. Some attractions are only available during their seasons.. For Example, Splash Country is only open during summer. You will have to check with the attractions themselves to check their hours of operation.



Guest will need to send their phone number and email to receive their personalized booking link from Xplorie. Please allow time for this to arrive and send this information prior to your check in day.

Interaction with Guests:

The Host lives locally and is available to answer any questions the guests might have. Host prefers to communicate through Airbnb and Guests can call or message Host directly through the App.
