Settle into a comfortable, down-to-earth getaway designed for easy days out exploring and relaxed evenings back at home. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps 8 and pairs simple comforts with thoughtful touches like a laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi for staying connected.

After a day in the mountains, enjoy a soak in the hot tub or gather in the yard around the fire pit. A private entrance offers easy in-and-out, and ceiling fans help keep things comfortable. You’ll also find a washer and dryer in the home, handy for longer stays or adventure gear.



If you’re traveling electric, there’s an EV charger on site (shared with the neighboring sister unit).

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. The driveway is shared with the neighboring sister unit (The Roxy B). No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• EV charging: An EV charger is available and shared with the sister unit.

• Shared setting: This home sits next to its sister unit, The Roxy B, and shares the driveway and EV charger. Larger groups may consider booking both homes together.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; stairs are required.

• Washer/Dryer: In-home washer and dryer provided.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our Smoky Mountains location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: We love pets, but this home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
