This level features 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, dining area, half bath, laundry room, and access to an outdoor deck.

A flat-screen HDTV and seasonal gas fireplace add to the comfort. The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove, and a convenient pot filler. The attached dining space provides seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar, making meals easy and enjoyable for the entire group.
