Family trip!

Valley Creek Castle Cabin

Unsatisfied

Was a clean cabin we entered into but all went downhill after a few hours. Ac issues, water leaks, protruding nails on deck & way too many steps to get our belongings up to main kitchen level. I don’t feel our water issues were dealt with in a timely manner until I reached out again with urgency. It took about 7 hrs from time of first contact till a maintenance man arrived on site. However, I will give Vacasa a 5 star for a quick turnaround in getting us setup in another cabin ONCE their maintenance finally arrived & reported his findings. The cabin we settled in for the remainder of our vacation was an upgrade and very generous on Vacasa’s behalf. I would rent again with Vacasa but never again in initial cabin. Too many steps for the older folks in attendance.

Perfect

Located just a few miles from all the activities in Pigeon Forge. The house was exactly what the description said. Room for everyone, even the teenager had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The only thing would be that the floors could have been cleaner upon arrival and we had a problem with the door to the pool being hard to open, it needs maintenance. Overall though it was wonderful!

Beautiful place

Just give them heads up on having the water ready POOL and Jacuzzi. The rest of the place amazing. YOU will see bears, less than 10 ft away at all times. Bring flash light to to see you way. Showers are amazing. Very Clean. Close to everything, 5 mins drive to everything you want to do.

Close but remote

I loved that this cabin felt “secluded” and away from the strip but yet you could be there in just a few minutes. The cabin is very pretty and has multiple upgrades.
