"Forget me Knot" is a stunning cabin that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and is located in the prestigious Preserve Resort Community just minutes away from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The Preserve Resort has a higher elevation and is closer to Cade's Cove than any other Smoky Mountain Resort. There is no other resort that has this combination of luxury, resort amenities, and spectacular Smoky Mountain views. You will be engulfed in the peaceful mystique of Wears Valley while witnessing the splendor of neighboring Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg.

The cabin is carefully appointed with everything you'll need for an unforgettable vacation. You will be greeted by a wall of windows with unobstructed panoramic views that will simply take your breath away. This cabin does not overlook other cabins, it overlooks the picturesque mountainside. All amenities of the resort are included in your booking!

There are three levels to this cabin, including a loft and a game room with a Brunswick air hockey table, foosball, and 2 arcade systems. Have a blast with the Nintendo Wii and a large selection of games.

"Forget Me Knot" is wifi enabled (equipped with the fastest available blast internet speed) with multiple flat screen TV's. Enjoy access via Roku to your personal favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max (you must have a paid subscription to access these apps). You can even have a family movie night with the large selection of DVD's and sound system.

The layout of this home is best for families. There are 2 master suites with en suite bathrooms (1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed) and the loft has 2 spacious queen-size log beds. The game room sofa also converts into a sleeper bed, if needed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Attention to detail was considered to ensure that every guest is comfortable and left wanting for "nothing."

You are just minutes to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park(ONLY 7 MILES AWAY), but far enough to enjoy the serene and peaceful setting of the mountains. Be close to major attractions while avoiding the traffic of the strip. You will feel as though you are sitting on top of the world as you sip your coffee from the deck, soak in the over-sized private hot tub overlooking Cades Cove mountains or relax in the rocking chairs while gazing at the breathtaking mountain scenery.

Location:
Our cabin is about 10 minutes from the back door entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. In fact, you can see Cades Cove from the living room and back deck. We are a few miles off Wears Valley Road which is far enough for seclusion and privacy but close to all the amenities and entertainment that Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend have to offer. You are close to many outdoor activities; horseback riding, zip line, river tubing, fly fishing, fishing, hiking, and bike paths in Townsend as well as Cades Cove. The many shopping opportunities of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville are a 15-20 minute drive away. You can also visit the Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Aquarium, Dollywood or Dollywood Splash Country. In the winter months, ski down the slopes of Ober Gatlinburg.

House Rules:

Upon booking this property required a signed rental agreement, a valid government issued ID (minimum renter age of 25), and a security deposit authorization. The booking will not be finalized and is subject to cancelation without the submission of these items.

*A link will be sent to the guest to complete the booking by electronically signing the rental agreement. The security deposit link will be sent and must be submitted immediately however the authorization hold will not be implemented until 2 days prior to the check-in date and it will be released 5 days after check out.

*Renter named on the reservation must dwell on property during indicated booking dates; if violated, all guests will be evicted with no refund of deposit or reservation charges.

*Sub-renting not allowed (ex:>25 yo renting for an adult <25 yo); if violated, all guests will be evicted with no refund of deposit or reservation charges.

*Maximum overnight occupancy (11 guests); if over this amount $75 charge per person per day, only with written owner consent of additional guests. Extra beds not provided. If violated, all guests will be evicted with no refund of deposit or reservation charges. Overnight is considered to be past 9pm (beginning of quiet hours).

*No other persons are allowed in the cabin who are not named on the reservation without prior owner consent

*Do not remove any linens from the cabin. Pool towels will be provided during your stay. There will be a $20.00 fee for removal of linens.

*Do not hang or leave any items on the patio or porch decks.

*No pets-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction of all guests with no reservation refunds, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (minimum of $500 for deep cleaning).

PLEASE NOTE: **Owners and frequent renters have severe pet allergies/medical health problems which makes this cabin unsuitable for guests with pets.**

*No parties/events/large gatherings-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction of all guests with no reservation refunds, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (minimum of $500 for deep cleaning).

*Absolutely no fires! No fireworks, no outdoor campfires, no candle use indoor or outdoor. Unauthorized fires will incur a fee of $150 plus damages.

*No smoking inside cabin or on the stairs/decks(tobacco, cigars, marijuana, or vaping)-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction of all guests with no refund of reservation charges, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (minimum of $500 for deep cleaning). Do not dispose of cigarettes anywhere near cabin nor throw them over the front, side or back /balconies/patios/decks.

*No drugs of any kind permitted on premises.

*All garbage must be tied up (sealed) and stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacles with the lid latched. No trash may be outside the bins and guests may not use neighboring bins. No coolers, drinks, or food of any kind may be left outside or on front/back decks. A fee of $250 will apply if violated.

*The outdoor entrance, sides and driveway to the cabin is under video surveillance.

*Tampering with the security cameras will incur a $250 fine plus any charges for repair/replacement.

*Check in time: After 4pm (door code will not work before this time); time may be later, especially in high season or winter weather secondary to cleaning/sanitizing/maintenance between stays. Please be patient. There are no refunds given for check-in times extending past 4pm. We will do our best to get you checked in as close to 4pm as possible.

*Check out time:10am(additional $100/hour charge past this time; our cleaners maintain a strict schedule)-you must vacate the premises by 10am, not just inside the cabin.

***PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. No refunds given secondary to weather or road conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep and we highly recommend four-wheel or all wheel drive, especially during the winter months.

*Hot tub is fully inspected after each rental. Please shower prior to enjoying the hot tub. Soaps, bubble baths, and oils are PROHIBITED in the Hot Tubs. There will be a minimum charge of $350.00 if any are found after your departure. No more than 5 guests are allowed inside the hot tub at one time. Children are not allowed in the hot tub. If the water becomes milky/musty secondary to body oils and you would like the water changed, there will be a $250 fee for our cleaners having to return to drain, clean, and re-sanitize the hot tub.

*Damage done to any hot tub cover will result in a $500.00 fee for replacement. By using the hot tub, and by accepting this reservation, you are absolving the owner of any and all responsibility/risk related to the hot tub or its use.

*Please leave the remote controls for the TV's in their respective places. There is a $20 fee for missing remotes.

*This cabin is located in the woods. While our cabin is sprayed for insects and critters regularly, you may encounter them from time to time. We do not provide refunds for insects or critters in the cabin.
