We had a wonderful stay at this cabin during our Tennessee trip! The cabin was spacious, clean, and exactly as described — perfect for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout worked great for both adults and kids.The location was ideal: close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge attractions to be convenient, but still private and peaceful. We especially loved the mountain views and outdoor space. It was also a huge plus that the cabin was pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog stress-free.Jeff, the owner, was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire stay smooth and worry-free.The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. Check-in was seamless, and everything was well organized.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone planning a group or family trip to the Smoky Mountains

Very pleased!

We loved our stay at this cabin! We arrived to a spot less and very well kept cabin. Everything was just as listed! Location isn’t too far off the Parkway, with the drive being only a few minutes. The owners are very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend this cabin to stay in!

Loved the house

We had a great time at this awesome house. The bedroom configurations worked well for our group so everyone had their space. It was close to everything but off the beaten path in a very quiet area. This house was very well stocked which we really appreciated. The host was very quick and thorough with his responses.

Spring break in Pigeon Forge

Booked this cabin for my family (8 adults and 5 children) for spring break. Cabin was roomy, comfortable and clean. Jeff was super attentive and worked quickly to take care of a minor issue we experienced at check-in. Cabin is in a great location relative to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions and grocery stores. I appreciated the location as it allowed us to use secondary roads to avoid most of the traffic.

Great week in Pigeon Forge

We stayed with my wife, two daughters, and their husbands and children ages 6-17. We found the cabin clean and comfortable in every way. It's quite conveniently located near Pigeon Forge. There were a couple of matters that needed attention on arrival, but the host was very helpful and made sure that things were taken care of the same evening. We appreciated all of the accommodations that were made for us!

Family Thanksgiving

House was was just the right size for our family. There was disappointment thst we experienced a weak cell communication signal. I did not recrivr the email communication from our host about what was expected of us before vacating until some time after I was off the mountain. The only thing we did not do was to strip the beds, so sorry. The back door lock appears to need a battery. We usually had to knock to be let in. We would defintely use this site again. Thank you for your experienced hosts.

Family Vacation

The pictures of the property are a good representation of the cabin and it was very clean. Plenty of space and beds for our extended family. The pool table was a hit and the community pool was a short drive or walk away. Jeff was quick to respond to our inquiries. The only issues we had were a broken sofa seat, which he indicates he would replace, but obviously not able to during our stay. The wifi signal was strong on the main floor but poor in the lower level. There are wifi extenders, but didnt seem to be of any benefit. I have utilized same in my own house to very limited success as well. Overall we enjoyed the cabin and appreciated the owner’s responsiveness. Would recommend it to others.

A Lovely Family Getaway

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay in the Smokies! It was close to everything, but far enough to enjoy the beauty of the mountains without all the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Jeff was a delightful host who made our family feel very welcomed before we ever even arrived with his extra efforts to accommodate my wheelchair bound daughter. The cabin was not built ADA compliant, but Jeff did his best to be sure she could be actively present with the family. A portable ramp was available to access the lowest and second floor (it's steep, but doable) and he made sure there was a very nice bath bench available as well. Our only snag was that her hoyer lift could not fit in the downstairs bathrooms that the bench works well in. Anyone using a walker, cane, or gait belt for transfers should be OK though. We worked around it and she had a great time with us the whole week because there was so much she could join in on. In fact, this whole cabin has so much to offer and such thoughtful touches to make everyone welcome - bowls for your pets, smaller plastic utensils and dishes for children, a pack n play for the littles, and many entertainment options. They even have large umbrellas available in the laundry area. They really have thought of it all! Plus, if there's anything at all you need while there, Jeff was super responsive to getting it taken care of quickly. Hopefully we can stay at this cabin or another property he handles in the future.

Just the right size and the right setup and the right everything for our group of 11. Clean, well thought out, and something for everyone. Cousin Reunion

Overall stay was very enjoyable. Cabin was well-stocked with paper goods, sufficient cookware and basic ingredients. There were 20 people in our group, but dining table and island seating only accommodated 14 (I think), so some had to eat in other areas of cabin. Also most in our group were over 50 years old (1 was 83) so using the bunkbeds prove to be a challenge for some of us. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but the host responded quickly to all of our concerns.
