“We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch. Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival. The master suite was very nice!”

“The property is beautiful and well kept. The view from one of the three walk out decks gives you a breath taking view of the mountains. The other two decks give you amazing views of nearby wildlife. “Zip and dip was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again,. However there were some issues, the biggest was that half the cabin did not have hot water. Secondly the pool had a lot of chlorine and irritated the kids faces.”

“The only problem we had was when we arrived. We had an extra long traffic delay in Chattanooga (traveling from East Texas), so it was about 9:30 pm and dark. We missed the very last turn to the cabin, but I called the host and she redirected us. We did not see any “Reed’s Retreat” signs. We did see an “Oliver’s Outlook” sign, but missed the one at the last turn. The next morning we saw the last sign, but the word “Reed’s” is broken off. I have no doubt, though, that we would have found our cabin……

“I stayed here with my 4 kids. The size of the home fit us just fine. The downfalls were the ladybugs and the little amount of towels available.
