1-bedroom apartment with a large private terrace, located in the historic centre of Seville. San Vicente neighbourhood. It is very close to Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and pubs.
The apartment features a living room with sofa, desk and TV. There is a kitchen equipped for self-catering and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom with a double bed of 140x200cm.
The apartment's large terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and fitted with a watering system for the plants. Due to its L-shape, there is direct sun, and also shade, for most of the day.
The property is situated in a small street with very little car traffic, which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the building is set back from the street by a large interior courtyard.

Perfect location for authentic Spanish experience
A 5 day city break in the amazing area of Alameda De Hercules with outstanding facilities in every corner. After breakfast in the amazing cafe La Colluminus every morning we set off sight seeing which were maximum 25 mins walk being the furthest point. Always returned to the fabulous apartment to get washed, changed and ready for yet another fantastic culinary experience at any of the amazing restaurants 5 mins from our door.

Das Appartement ist gut gelegen. Wenn man nicht lauffaul ist, erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten die zentralen Plätze in der Stadt.In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bars, Restaurants.Im Sommer sicherlich angenehm, im Winter nicht so schön, das Appartement ist ziemlich kühl und das Bad hat keine Heizmöglichkeit.Die Parkplatzsituation in Sevilla ist eine Katastrophe. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man an den großen Einfallstraßen einen von den Unterhändlern (:-)) ergattern. Aber Achtung nicht dort parken, wo blaue Linien sind. Nutzt man die Parkhäuser, wird man geplündert!

Great Location
The apartment is in a great location for restaurants and bars and seeing more of the local life rather than being in the centre of the tourist area. The courtyard makes the accomodation quiet. The large roof terrace is lovely, just not much sun on it in February. The communication with the letting company was good and a minor issue was sorted out promptly.

Lovely Apartment
The apartment was just as described but was even nicer in-person than the pictures, located in a very nice neighborhood that's near tourist attractions but not touristy. I had flight delay issues and the management was very accommodating and communicative about my check-in. I was sad that my stay was cut more than a day short due to the delay. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Sevilla!

Review of stay between 21st & 27th Oct 2019
Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Seville with very good accommodation - situated in an amazing & vibrant part of the town.
Loved the location & being situated in a quiet street and courtyard. Terrace was excellent and very much used. Facilities were good but would point out that the kitchen tap needs attention as it leaks when used. Due to the level of rust/discoloration on the tap surround this is a long-term issue so surprised it hasn't been fixed or addressed.
Apart from this, then flat was very comfortable.
