The apartment Alfalfa II apartment is located in a beautiful Sevillian house completely restored and renovated, located in the historic city center in the famous neighborhood of Alfalfa. The apartment is bright and quiet, as the building is located on a street with little traffic. A cozy living room with outdoor balcony, a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 more people and modern kitchen open to living room fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all kitchen utensils . The double bedroom has an outdoor balcony and has a double bed and cupboards. The apartment comes complete with a modern bathroom with sink and large shower plate. Highlighting the apartment also has internet at no extra charge.

Great location within walking distance to Cathedral, Giralda and Setas. Coffee, tapas bars and pastry shops are right around the corner. A little bit loud on a Friday evening into the early hours but we were on vacation so didn't care too much. Host is hepful if needed and responds promptly.

Great location but

The location is great (supermarket right in front, restaurants and cafes too) and the communication with Antonio was good. However I cannot give more than 2 stars. When we arrived we noticed that the bedsheets were dirty and we asked Antonio to replace them. He was very responsive and had them changed after a couple of hours. However, even the new pair still looked dirty and wasn’t smelling good so I had to wash them in the washing machine, together with the towels that were all stained. In general, the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, it didn’t smell good, the couch and the bed were dirty and not comfy at all.

The location was perfect, bed sheet has stains. Furniture needs to be updated for comfort and safety. In my personal experience, the host wasn't very engaging nor wish to communicate with us. I asked for several questions, no answers given. It would be nice if my issues were answered, or even simply checking in with us for possible assistance. I don't think I will go back here again.

Alquilamos el departamento para tres adultos y cuando llegamos el sofá cama estaba roto y sucio, imposible de armar (tampoco había lugar para abrirlo). Cuando corrimos una mesita para poder desplegar el sillón también estaba rota. Las sábanas estaban guardadas y se veían arrugadas y sucias. Claramente no era un apartamento preparado para tres personas. Cuando nos comunicamos con el propietario por esta situación nunca nos contestó y tuvimos que trasladarnos a un hotel gastando muchísimo dinero.

Très propre. La localisation était parfaite. On pouvait accéder à tous les sites touristiques à pied. Il manquait cependant un linge pour essuyer le comptoir et les produits de base(papier de toilette,savon,shampoing ) étaient en quantité minimale.

Wir mussten wegen eines falschen Schlüssels 1 Stunde warten, bis wir in die Wohnung konnten. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach, unvollständige Küchenutensilien: nur 1 Teelöffel, nur 1 5 l Kochtopf, keine Geschirrtücher, kein Schneidebrett, stumpfe Messer, Schimmel an der Decke in Küche und Bad, Duschhalter defekt, Bett durchgelegen, Schlafsofa nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, deshalb insgesamt 2 Punkte

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico a Siviglia, al secondo piano e senza ascensore. Di fronte c'è un supermercato ben fornito. Tuttavia L'appartamento aveva un odore di chiuso. Tracce di muffa in bagno. Il divano letto era sporco. Per 3 0 4 giorni è ok.

Fantastic Central location.

He had a fantastic 4 night stay in this lovely self contained apartment. We had everything we needed right on our doorstep. Checking in was so straightforward. We were able to drop our luggage off early and go & explore the city while the cleaners were in. Our host Antonio was very accommodating & friendly. Thanks Antonio, Gemma & Allistair.

Alojamiento muy céntrico.

El alojamiento está en el barrio de Santa Cruz, muy céntrico, con un tamaño estupendo para nosotros (eramos tres). Nos vino estupendo para pasar las horas de más calor en él, llegábamos a comer sobre las tres y hasta las siete y media no salíamos pero al estar tan bien situado en un "pis pas" entrábamos y salíamos al centro. El dueño, Antonio un chico joven, nos recibió el primer día y no tuvimos que volver a contactar con él porque no tuvimos ningún problema con el apartamento. Si he de ponerle alguna pega, únicamente diré, que el sofá cama nos costaba cerrarle un poco pero era cómodo.
