Very pleasant stay with family. Breakfast was excellent, with such a variety and the fresh orange juice was incredible (although the machine broke down a lot so had to wait for it to be fixed). Loved having two sets of fresh pool towels a day and no problems getting sun-beds. Kids loved the land train to take us to the water park and bring us home on the days we managed to catch it en route back from town.

Parking was the biggest issue. You have to purchase a daily ticket from a company that has no association with the hotel. That company sold the entire Parking lot to a convention event and you had to look for parking even after buying a spot. Location is 15 minutes away from city highlights. Unless your are with kids visiting the waterpark keep that in consideration. Adult pool had kids coming from the family pool. Our room had nonstop water every time the toilet was used. It was reported within minutes of the check in but it was broken. One of the sinks was clogged
