Accommodation

Cozy apartment on the first floor without elevator of a sevillian house with much flavor. It has two bedrooms with two single beds joined (90 + 90 cm.) Each with fitted wardrobes and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and it also has a TV. It also has a sofa bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen (integrated to the living room), is fully equipped with appliances and all kinds of utensils.

Being a house of the early twentieth century does not have an elevator, in exchange you will enjoy the charm of an authentic Sevillian building.

Traditional elements such as high ceilings and restored original windows stand out, combining with more modern and functional elements such as furniture or equipment in kitchen and bathroom. It has central air conditioning and heating.

Ideal accommodation for 4, 5 or 6 people looking for spaciousness in their stay, comfort and typically Sevillian housing. Exterior windows have double glazing.

Great location to enjoy the Holy Week in Seville. Every day of the week you can see guilds around the house.

In the week of Fair there are buses that carry and bring directly next to the apartment.

The neighborhood

Its strategic location allows you to discover the city comfortably. Very quiet street, but a few minutes from the most popular and busy areas of Seville such as Plaza de la Encarnación (Metropol Parasol), El Salvador and Plaza Cristo de Burgos, Alfalfa, etc. It is located 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar, also 5 minutes from the Santa Cruz district.

Very lively area with many shops, supermarkets and bars around. Bus stops 1 minute away to get to any point of the city.

How to get around

Seville is a completely flat city and highly pedestrianized, so the best way to get around is on foot and with quiet, strolling.

Bicycles can also be hired. Since this is one of the cities in Spain with the highest number of bike lanes. There are also many taxi and bus stops close to the apartment, but being located in the heart of Seville the best is definitely forget the car

Other highlights

A few 400 meters away there are two public car parks (Escolas Pias and Imagen).
At 150 meters there is a bus connection (Plaza Ponce de Leon) to all parts of the city.
