Definitely not the 4 stars hotel I would expect. The room is tiny, barely put one small suitcase without blocking the way to go to bed. Not a good value by paying so much money to stay there.
Only positive side is the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful and the location is good for nearby attractions.

What I loved the most about this hotel was the staff. They were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. They made me feel like I already knew them, so warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The location was also excellent, perfect for exploring Sevilla. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very nice, rooms were recently updated and the location is great!! It is at walking distance of the Seville Cathedral, the archivo de Indias and the Real Alcázar!! A lot of nice places to eat near by and also close to Gold Tower!! Maybe 10-15 minutes walk to Plaza de España, we took a taxi!
The staff was very friendly and Helpful, Maria Elena made arrangements for us to attend a soccer game between Barcelona y Real Betis at the Cartuja Stadium!! The staff also help us to attend a flamenco show with VIP seats!! Breakfast was à la carte and Manuel and Yolanda made us feel at home!! The hotel is small , very cozy and in the of Seville!! However, the staff were the best!! They were very friendly and helpful!! We will definitely would go back!!

Beautiful room, great location and such friendly, helpful staff. Only thing that could have improved the stay for us was a memory foam mattress topper as bed was a little firm for us but very much personal preference! The pillow menu was appreciated and we had a fantastic stay - wonderful city!
