We stayed in classic room which was superb with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was of high quality and swift service, especially with early departures for Cordoba and Alcazar. Luis was exceptionally helpful across all our stay.

We enjoyed the stay very much & hope to return in the near future. The staff including; Ignacio, Enrique & Fatima made our stay a pleasure. They assisted us when we needed restaurant advice & places to visit. They provided water every time when went walking through the warm streets & greeted us with smiles.

What an absolutely surreal experience. I only wish we had stayed longer than one night. Super cool hotel with almost storybook vibes. I felt like I was a heroine in a novel. My kids loved it too. The Mercer suite is massive, you feel like you are living in a palace or a castle. In fact I think it used to be a palace. Location is superb. Multiple balconies, huge windows. Comfortable beds. Cool, moody furnishings. Professional, helpful, courteous staff. Entire experience was a joy. Absolutely cannot wait to be back

Hotel and staff all excellent. Definitely 5* from the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff could not do enough for you. After a long day visiting attractions in the searing Seville heat always asked if we needed water which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Seville close to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. If visiting make sure you visit the area if Triana it is amazing for Tapas. It is just across the river which you can get to over the bridge. The atmosphere at night is amazing especially at weekends. We will visit Seville again in the future and the Mercer Plaza will be the only place we will stay. I nearly forgot the views from the upstairs terrace are breathtaking.

Loved my stay at the hotel! Only sad it didnt last longer. Note - the pool and the terrace are really small. It was good for my needs as a solo traveler but someone with a family or kids may not find this good enough. The staff was pleasant and always happy to help. Again, would stay there 100% if I go back to Seville.
