  • Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.

    On the first floor we have:
    -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1. 50m x 1. 90m)
    -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family / friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
    -Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    On the second floor we have:
    -Two bedrooms.
    Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs.
    Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0. 90m x 2m).
    -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower.
    -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products.

    From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city.

    We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.



    Accommodation

    Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.

    - In the first one you can enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed.

    A dining room from which we can see the Kitchen, and which, together with the original brick wall of the house, creates a unique and pleasant space that will make you feel at home.

    This floor also contains a fully equipped bathroom.

    - On the second floor we have two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

    On this second floor we also have a bathroom equally equipped as the previous one.

    To finish with the 2nd floor, one of the attractions of the house, a beautiful terrace from which we will access the third and last floor, which is another beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest outdoors.

    In it we wish you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.
    We will put all our attention and love to make it so.

This apartment house is amazing. It is furnished with relaxed, mediterranean decor and is very well equipped with everything you need and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and the outdoor spaces are really nice, but was a little too hot when we were there to use as we wanted. The host was very responsive to all of our needs. The location in Triana was neighborhood like and close to the Mercado as well as the river and across the bridge from Centro.We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 6 with 2 small children. There even books and games at the apartment. All the details were though of at this property.

Great apartment and we loved Tirana as an area. Felt super safe and very food focused. Little tapas bar underneath the apartment is very friendly and you can grab a nice bit of simple tapas too. Information from the owner was plentiful and very helpful.

Wonderful two night get away in Seville. The place in Triana was adorable and super convenient to all amenities. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were big enough and comfortable. Would stay again!

It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely areas. We were attending a wedding so sadly only spent a little time in the apartment but there are restaurants and shops nearby and the balcony on the apartment is amazing.
