"The area around the hotel is not the nicest, i had some reluctance to go out at night. It's near the stations, but that's the only plus. Actual hotel was pretty nice, but feels like you're in the middle of a hostile zone."

No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? "Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

"Nice property, well appointed. As a group of 20 (10 adults, 10 kids), we didn't feel cramped and were all comfortable. The additional storage room was extremely useful. A second fridge and dishwasher would have been helpful for such a large group, but we made it work. Everything else was well supplied. Beds were comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Very friendly staff. Called to say we could check in early as the property was ready, which was much appreciated. Very...

"The chalet is very spacious with everything you need. Very well equipped and great location on a green run. It is set back from the road car park so access is through a wooded marked path. The village is very beautiful you can ski through it and it has everything including bars supermarket, ski hire and bakery. Highly recommend and host is great and good communication!"
